Excellent! Welcome to NT! You're in for a treat as time goes on! I've been dripping my CB and CLS ever so slowly, trying my darndest to get them to maturity before I ravage them to smithereens. Just got the Doodle in today...looking forward to tasting on that one here in a few days. It's kind of funny...with most other juices, I just ignore 'em after a 24 hour open-cap steep until I get to them eventually. But with NT's juices, I love on them, shake them daily, smell them every day, make sure they get plenty of air exchange and just overall care for them. I'm starting to think they've got a bit of the crazy sauce in them. Enjoy!

Strange how NT works on you. The old habit of having phone ring, walk out to garage, light smoke and handle phone call has been replaced with walk by closet, grab bottles, open caps, squeeze a bit of air out, recap and shake. I do that twice a day. My wife always asks why. I just tell her those are my instructions and I don't want my knees broken!

FYI the born date is the date it was poured into your bottle not when Clark blended it.
