We placed orders with 4 different vendors over the weekend and the NotCig order got here first. In fact, I don't even have e-mail confirmation that my other 3 have shipped yet and it's Wednesday!

I sent a warranty fix from here in Florida to Notcigs (in California) on Friday, received the repaired unit back here in Florida on Wednesday. That's pretty darn amazing. ;-)

For repairs we do a 1 day turn around , thank god that USPS Priority lives up to their statements of 2-3 day delivery in the USA

one of my buzzes took a high speed asphalt spill and the components got moved around a bit. mike said 'send it back and i'll fix it up'. was only outta my hands for 4 days, and came back good as new.

I know the date and time are off but that's probably Comcast email but from confirmed to shipped is only 17 min. That's pretty darn good service I'd say.
