I have never had a problem with any of my orders nor a problem with any of the products ordered with V4L until recently, I had a repair question.

I had asked in the comments section of my last order if "they had a quick fix to let me know" as the item was expensive. Since I have fiddled around with other heavy duty mods that surely there was a trick in the book for this.

I received my order today and they sent me a brand new replacement. This was not expected and I was taken by surprise. It was a new PCC and they are not cheap.

The service here is absolutely impeccable. The multi level discounts offered, free carts, free batteries, free replacements and mainly the warranty is way beyond anyone's expectations.

This product makes it "easy" to want to quit smoking for anyone who is new and/or just reading the forum.

i js got my order today too from tuesday for my mom & bf (my favorites) & they are seriously so considerate. hahahaha

i ordered 18 mg cartomizers w/ 36 mg juices b/c my favorites are first timers & i didn`t know what nicotine levels would match them

well the sample flavors i received are SOOO perfect b/c v4l took their time to make sure the freeb`s were in the same genre as what i ordered *tear [':

they are 36 mg (too high) but i don`t careeeee! hahahahaha it`s the fact that they took that time to try to make their customers even happier w/ their order

hopefully i`ll be able to cut them w/ VG & my favorites will actually be able to handle the higher nicotine levels but if not i plan to arrange them in a row and put them on display or somethin`. it was too darn (for the lack of a more business/professional/appropriate term) cute.

PS. call me dumb but i`m not a smoker & never was & once i got the order i was so excited & didn`t have access to any usb port or wallcharger or whatnot so i took a quick bit of air in w/ js the battery (no carts attached) watchin` for the LED light. i really wasn`t thinkin` & thought i would js get regular air but i got this weird almost sweet fume in my mouth & it js gave me a nasty taste in my mouth for a bit bleeehh.

my friend was drivin` & looked at me like i was crazy b/c i started shakin` my head & lickin` my sweater ]: (i am such a creep)

not a big deal but it wasn`t anythin` toxic right?

Actually having a couple high mg cartos on hand isn't a bad idea, I like to hit the heavy stuff a few times when I'm really craving a cigarette. Let them try it out and see if it's tolerable after they get used to the 18mg, it just might be helpful!

just got my first v4l order in today (yesterday) and i am impressed. I know most companies throw in freebies, and i anticipated that and actually requested some stuff if they felt so inclined, and they included the stuff i asked for, that means they just earned my buisness! I had never tried vg before and they threw in some vg carts for me!! thanks v4l, i will order again!

I just received my first order from V4L. I bought 4 5ml bottles of Nobacco Juice (Caramel Mocha Frap., Apple, Grape and 555) and they sent me an extra bottle of watermelon for free (everyone loves free stuff!!). I haven't had a chance to try all the flavors I bought, but I absolutely LOVE the grape!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

i agree that V4L's service is impeccable. i know there are complaints and mishaps that are going on, but people aren't perfect, nor is any given company absolutely golden and 100 percent free of flaws.

i mean, they're so great that *i* might break down and buy a PIECE OF FLAIR lanyard!

anyways, i'm glad to read that you had such a good experience. i almost snapped the cord on my PCC the other night. can i ask what was going on with yours (just for future reference) ?

Yes antithesis, the PCC just stopped charging the batteries. I would get a green light on the PCC but the batteries remained dead. Tried to mess with it for about a week or so.

Indeed, the service is beyond reason, I have stacks of V4L business cards everywhere in my car so every time I see smokers I start tossing them around.
