I decided to go with the Volt.....unfortunately they're sold out of the battery I want and don't know when it will come in. They're pretty much out of all of the bigger auto batteries and I don't know if I want to go manual. I want the snap and go...with the pre-filled cartridges.

What else is out there that's comparable to this style (vape production, battery life, size, etc). I really want to quitthese analogs!!!

TIA!!!

When I ordered my starter kit from v4l, I chose both an auto and a manual battery. I've since ordered an XL stealth (manual) battery from them. I prefer the manuals over the auto because I get a better hit from it. I feel like I'm just sucking on it and getting very little for my effort with the auto. I've only been vaping for 3-4 weeks, but I figured out that the manual was better within the first week. So... JMHO

Oh, and just FTR, the XL stealth is my favorite, hands down. I only use the others if this one is on charge. :)

................. Which model has the best battery life?...........

You know none of these models are going to have good battery life. They have 45 minutes to an hour or a little more for a light user. You are going to have to have a number of batteries.

The beginner models that most of us recommend have batteries that provide around 5 hours on a charge and are the size of a slim cigar or sharpie pen. Most who buy the mini battery models like you are looking for end up spending more money soon after for a better battery model.

I've been vaping heavily on my 78 mm Volt for over two hours now, and it's still producing a nice warm vape with huge plumes of vapour.

I love my Volt and stopped using my Ego the day I got my Volt starter kit. 45 mins to an hour of use may be standard for a 510 standard battery, but not a modified/regulated 808D-1 like the Volt, Bloog, Halo G6, etc. Not all slim cigs are created equal.

Everyone vapes differently. My idea of heavy vaping is every 5 minutes or so. My 1800 mAh battery under those conditions lasts 21 hours with no drop off in power output at all due to the boost circuit technology. I'm sure some can stretch those mini batteries for another hour but to me that is still way too limiting.

Somewhere out there
Actually I do find the manuals give a warmer vape and last longer between charges. I love the ease of use of the autos but performance, it is manuals. You just have to remember to hit that button! You can check out Halo G6, they may have the batts you are looking for and they are basically the same as Volt but I like Halo G6 cartos better, less airy. Halo has some great juices too on their prefilled cartos. They are having a 20% sale on starter kits. bnrk

Granted I'm not a heavy vaper, nor was I a heavy smoker... But even when I sit and vape near constantly on my 808s I get more than the amount I see people quoting. On my XL one, I get several hours. That generally isn't constant vaping, but it's still several hours. And when I just vape here and there, it actually lasts me a couple of days. I understand that my vaping habits are probably far less than the "norm," but saying that someone will only get less than an hour out of it doesn't seem realistic to me. When I first started and was hitting on it (just the regular length ones from v4l) a LOT, I still got well over an hour out of them. More like 2 or 3.
