I caught the tail end of it but it was some from both sides presented. The cancer center rep was in favor but with the recomendation that more data on the
juice be collected. Of course they brought up the 24 cases known where kids got ahold of liquid and the poison potential of the nicotine extract. I posted it from my car so I couldn't post many details of what I was hearing but the host did try to remain neutral. They wern't touting the
juice itself as poison and made it pretty clear that the nicotine extract was the concern. I'll be writing them myself after work and maybe if we get enough people contacting them we can get some good dialogue going. NPR tends to do a lot of followups if the interest is shown so let give them a push to get all the sides talking. I'm recommending they get people like Dr Farsalinos(SP?) and others that have done studies in follow up segments for their info.
Thanks for the link Cray, I didn't have time to hunt it down while in the field
