I placed an order for 2 L of 100mg nic in vg.
I placed the order during the black friday sale @ midnight after thanksgiving dinner.
I only live a 30 minute drive from their location. I couldve walked there and back quicker than this LOL Still havent received my nic...
How long does it usually take this company to get your order to you? And where do you live?

Ive placed 2 orders since then from different vendors for different items and both have arrived quicker than the nic... One from multiple states away

I ordered on their black Friday deal and it just got delivered today. They are swamped with orders and brought in extra help because of the sale. Good things come to those who wait. It's super clean base and you get a full lab analysis before it ships.

It normally ships immediately, Its my favorite Nic base, the cleanest tasting of the bases Ive used so far.

Like shortdraw said, they are SWAMPED and send emails to let you know what stage your order is in. I usually get it within 3 days, ( Im in calif , where they are so shipping may vary) ITs worth the wait, at least I think so.

I usually get mine in about a week, but didn't order during the big sale so sure they for swamped with that big discount going on

Me too - I ordered late Sunday night at the end of the long weekend and received my tracking number tonight.

I'm not really in a hurry to get my nicotine - I'm just going to throw it in the freezer with my other nicotine, presumably for a few years. The delay in shipping doesn't bother me in this case. Even Wizards Labs has taken a while to ship me an order if it includes nicotine.

Man, I'm glad he wasn't waiting on a fast tech order, lol. Black Friday & Cyber Monday orders are usually slow everywhere because of volume. Just because you are close really doesn't mean faster if they go by when the order was received. Take it from the veterans never let your supply get so low you are going into withdrawal before you are out, lol

It took a little longer to ship than what would be normal under other circumstances, but considering I ordered on the last day of the sale, I expected it to take longer.
This is my first order with them, and I'm happy with it. The nic had no bad odor, and was clear, so looks like good stuff.

The nic is pretty good (when they get the strength right), but in comparison to other suppliers that offer at least equal quality stuff their CS and reliability track record is flat out horrid. The rep that answers their phone is extremely nice and does his best to sound helpful, but essentially does nothing after hanging up in both experiences having a problem there. IDK, they just really seem to struggle as a company to consistently stay on top of things. It's always something or another. A lot of vendors got hammered for BF. If you still can't an order out the door 8-9 days latter, there's more to the issue going on there then simply being swamped.

After getting the huge run around for a few days (3 different times i sat around like Linus waiting on the Great Pumpkin, or in this case the confirmation email he assured me was always coming within the hour) on an order they never sent out, canceled, and stated a refund had been issued (it hadn't), I actually was just forced into opening up a credit card dispute to try and get my money back. Definitely won't be taking any more risks there on them getting something wrong again.
