Got side-tracked looking up Florentine Pogen cookies... don't know why.

If those are the ones I'm thinking about... they were kind of a lacey texture... had some that were mint chocolate on the bottom and green coconut(?) sprinkled on the top.
Pogen made the Girl Scout Cookies one year and had those instead of the Thin Mints!!!!

Boy, have they gone downhill since then...
