Number of Days Since Quitting Smoking - Timer

I've noticed that some forum users have included, on their posts page, a timer that indicates the number of days and amount of money saved since quitting analogue smoking. I was able to access the sight that provides this unique timer, but I'm unable to add to my posts page in thread. How do I upload this as part of my signature?

Hi and welcome to the forum. If I remember correctly you need to have 15 posts (and a server refresh at :25 past the hour) before you can add a signature. Once that has happened, go to "Settings" (top of forum) / "My Settings" (left of page) / "Edit Signature" and paste the link. Hope this helps

up in the HEADER Bar (at top) - Forum Actions
drop that menu, when you're allowed it will say
Generate Sig Banner
(until then, it will not be displayed)

Nope, I'm careful

do you wear socks ?

Usually, except during the summertime; socks and sandals are a no, no (unless you're European). Too cold not to wear socks at this time of year. Today it warmed to -26 C; wind chill puts it at -36 C.

do you have a favorite watt to vape at ?

My device is VV only and my preferred voltage depends on the juice, I usually vape at between 3.8 to 4.2 volts

ever see a squirrel fall out of a tree ?

No. In Canada they don't fall out trees on their own accord, however, when shot, they drop like a brick. We also have flying squirrels. They don't fall, they "glide" from trees and they're pretty good at it.

One month exactly. Quit on my girls birthday. Started with ....ty e cigs from a gas station. Moved to kanger evod. Then Atlantis tank with sub ohm cf battery and now wanting more clouds and flavor with a proper mech mod. Doing my research still before I drop more money on my new hobby (facepalm)

That's great guys! Its been about five weeks for me, after smoking analogues for more than forty years. No withdrawal pains, no discomfort; haven't touch an analogue since getting the e-cig. I'm happy, happy, happy. I'm now trying to convince my son-in-law to give up tobacco and give vaping a go.
