This is the site I usually get o-rings from for my GG stuff, closest they have is 1.8mm x 1.8mm (part #19212 on that page) but
they've worked fine for me so far. oringsUSA
Definitely lube them up so they don't catch though, as they are a bit larger than the preferred specs..
Stock up on all your GG orings if you order here though, as shipping is pricey.

As we are talking about o-rings here I thought it would be appropriate to ask my question here.
My Penelope came with a very tiny small o-ring for positive pin. I really have a hard time getting it on and off. Getting it on is especially bothersome because I need to stretch it beyond it's dimensions in rest state. I've watched most review and assembly videos out there and in these videos they seem to be very easy to put on.
Is there a possibility that the reseller send me the wrong o-ring?

I've uploaded a picture as pictures are clearer then words.

Thanks in advance :)

That o-ring is very bulbous the o-ring maker fed it to much... the tiny o-rings are harder to get I have had good luck with Harbor Freight's $7.00 o-ring kits both standard & metric you may want to try there or like a true value hardware store or a hardware store that carries a large hardware section also try auto parts stores you might get lucky...

but at the same time you really shouldn't need to remove it from the pin at all it will slide enough to allow you to still wrap your positive wire without issue and a extra snug o-ring really isn't a bad thing...

you will most likely never need to replace your ceramic unless it breaks which may happen but is unlikely... other than loosening your bottom nut on the rebuildable section to remove or attach your positive lead when replacing a coil you shouldn't need to do anything more than a rinse under warm water and soap if you like to use soap...

Aye, from what I've read and from my own experience. The quality of the GG products are top notch. I just am trying to get some spare parts just in case anything breaks down. I don't think I fancy to use anything else.

After using the Penelope, using anything else will seem like a big down-grade.

You helped me in a big way.

The other day I read about wrapping the coil the MrKrinkle way. I've tried to search this method but I couldn't find the original post. Might you be able to give me a link. (Sorry for being off-topic, if it's against forum rules please let me know and I will remove the question.)
