Hello I just got this rta about 2 weeks ago I'm really loving the top and bottom airflow and the adjustable juice flow. I currently have a dual coil stainless steel Clapton build "26x36ss" and it rocks in both power and temp. I do feel like this tank should be used over the .4ish ohm range though as it does get pretty hot after a few drags at the .3 range I'm currently at. I would love to hear if anyone else has this tank and what you would typically run coil wise in it

I have it and am running it with dual SS Claptons coming in around 0.25 ohm. I run it in TC and find it a nice tank. Excellent cloud with plenty of airflow. I've never noticed the tank getting too hot with use.

Hmm maybe I'm running it too restricted. Don't get me wrong it doesn't get hot like the tfv8 with the Octo coil in it but enough that I notice after a few pulls. I do find the ss to be great for flavor in both temp and power modes so I have been using it mostly for flavor chasing. I do love this tank and supposedly it's pretty much leak proof and after rewicking it about 5 times I would have to say it's only half true but now I can leave the juice flow open and not have to worry about it leaking down my mod

How much air are you drawing? The only time I've ever noticed a tank get warm (not hot) is if I'm chain vaping with the air dialed down.

If you like the Crius Plus, which I do, you should also check out their Engine. Top air, top side fill, and no leaking. Easy to build deck and IMO better flavor than the Crius Plus. There is a bit more air on the Crius, but still plenty for a solid vape.

Thanks for the recommendation whenever I'm ready for my next tank I will pick one up

I have bottom wide open and top is open about a quarter. I think it might have been a really good quality clone and that might be a contributing factor I can't remember if it passed authenticity check. Regardless I do quite enjoy it and aside from it leaking from time to time and heating up a bit it is one of the best RTAs I have used this far. Flavor from the crius plus is out of the park way better than my tfv8 I use on a daily basis. Better flavor you say?I was thinking of getting the engine and I am a bit curious of a top airflow RTA. I have a black widow RDA that was top air and was my favorite dripper till I stripped a post and now it's useless :( I'll have to put that on the next time I can afford a new item list haha

it was one of those I had been drinking surfing eBay impulse buys haha but I did check the authenticity and it failed. As for clones they clone everything from super expensive mods and drippers/tanks to the cheapest. I have quite a few different clones of drippers and tanks like my taifun gt2 and my mini fat buddah. Sometimes the clones work better than the authentics imo

Yes it was a very good price and I have paid way more for worse tanks. I have read that the really good 1:1 clones can swap parts but I couldn't afford most of the authentics so I personally wouldn't know. I do have one solid built authentic mason RDA but even clones of it are just as much as the real one unless you get it from fasttech

Im using the quad deck as well and it's nice. It's a painful activity to have it wicked though.
Not sure whether it's good to use 4 individual strips of cotton, or use just 2 long ones ( one strip goes through 2 coils whilst pulling the middle of the strip down and stuffing it in the juice hole. Wish the juice holes were a bit bigger and the screws near the juice holes not sticking out that much as they block the holes a bit

Top airflow pretty much useless on the crius plus though,.. Airflow from there ain't hitting the coils and dilute the flavor for me

Other than that one kickass tank, especially that sexy topfill
