Odd chest pains

Been vaping now for almost a year and I have recently gotten into rda and sub ohm. I have noticed chest pains since using these and was wondering if anyone has experienced this and what the culprit may be.

I've mostly used a svd with a protank for the majority of my vaping using 18mg nic at 70vg/30pg in a protank 2. And have never experienced any negative side effects. On my mechanical mod with a igo-w I have 4mg nic 70vg/30pg on a .5 ohm 26guage 5 wrap micro coil with a cotton wick. And after about a dozen hits I start getting chest pains. I admit it has me a little freaked out. The only thing I have changed is I lowered my nic lever to 4 and started using cotton

I had the same experience when I went to a Russian 91%. For me it was more vapor than I was ready for. I got a pain in the upper right part of my chest. I was using cotton wick as well. Still using it though. I just don't chain vape and I make sure it's feeding we'll so I don't get burned cotton. Pain went away.

I also lowered my nic level to 6mg because I thought because the delivery was going to be better I wouldn't need the same nic level. I was wrong, lol. I vaped more because I wasn't getting enough. Add that to the thicker vapor and that's what I think caused my pain. Went back to 12mg and all was better.
