So yeah, hi everyone, Chris here, been vaping for about, oh, say about a year or so with a Joye 510T, then about a month or so ago changed from tanks to cartomizers (Boge) and then decided to upgrade to eGO batteries. I also got a couple of those CE4 Plus Cleasomiser V2 since they were being hyped here and there but here's my problem:

I filled it up to the 1,6ml limit, let it sit for a moment (so that the long wicks became "transparent"), and then took a few test drags. Immediately tasted this horrible burnt taste like viping on a burnt atomizer. The vapor stung my lungs and made me cough and, well, it was unpleasant altogether and I'd imagine not what it's supposed to do. Vapor production was awesome though, there was a ton of it. The cartos work perfectly on the eGO batteries but the CE4 Plus Cleasomiser V2 is giving me grief no matter what I do. A more experienced vaper advised I give the clearo a few good drags so that it's off the battery and I block the hole with my thumb. That helped to the degree that the burnt taste diminished noticeably, to an almost imperceptible level and vapor was great but still no flavor.

Now, I'm using a sweet VG fruitmix liquid, could these clearos be allergic to such liquids? I haven't tried a PG in one of these yet 'cause the new liquids are still in the mail but I'll try some in the other one then.

Anyway, if anyone could offer any help, I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance!

-Chris

Chris, this is one of those things were you have to go down the line first off is it a new clearomizer? if so it may just need to break in a lil bit. But after a good 10 or so pulls you should be able to vape paste it just dont inhale on the first few pulls. I myself depending on the brand and such do a couple of things when i have new clearomizers. one is a dry burn to burn off a bit of the primeing fluid some makers use. it will give you a taste like you described too. The other thing is i always keep the clearo's filled past the half way point and give them a good few minutes to soak up the e-liquid before i start vaping on them. Also don't start vaping on these with to high of a voltage either most of these are fairly low voltage under 3.7 volts or around that. I tend to start at 3.0 vlt and go from there. If your on an e-go battery don't worry about the voltage. Make sure your wick always has juice on it, alot of clearo users are always tilting the device to get juice on the wick. sometimes thicker juices can give you a bit of wicking trouble as well I kind of stick to a thinner juice in the clearo's and also you can give it a few puffs before firing it to kind of help pull juice up on the wick. Then when you fire it will useally have juice on the wick and you wont have the dry burning taste. This is just a few things I do, alot of people may have things to say about the methods i use but it works for me and all I use is clearo's and wicked tanks so I hope it helps and keep vaping Bro....
