odd result with Cloupor Hana Clone??

So I've been using my MVP for a while and think an upgrade is in order. Been looking at a few mods but can't make up my mind. Anyways today I was in a vape shop and asked to take a look at a 30W Hana .

I screwed my nautilus onto it and set it at 12W and took a look at the screen. The OHM reading was correct and when I pressed the fire button it displayed voltage around 4.5 or something. However it didn't hit very well at all.

I got a decent cloud upon exhale but the throat hit and flavor production was next to nothing when compared to my MVP. I can only assume the device isnt outputting the claimed wattage. Even when cranking the wattage up close to twenty it paled in comparison to when on my MVP set at 10W.

I checked the pin to make sure it was connecting properly and seeing as the display was readintf the proper ohm of the tank this is all I can think of.

I'm rather new to this so I'm hoping someone here can explain what may be hapenning. Shouldn't any mod set at the same wattage provide similar results with the same tank?

It definitely wasn't broken as they had like five different ones ,all different colors. They are said to be Cloupor clones. However one had a magnetic battery door and the others had screws. Thinking maybe different versions? I know Cloupor made at least three versions of the Hana 30W DNA clone to fix issues.

I tried it on two different ones to see if it was a faulty device and got the same result on both of them.

Damn that's crazy I was expecting it to blow my MVP away and was very disappointed. So glad I don't just order one of these online. Definitely going to just forgo clones and get an authentic device. Probably just go with the vapor shark rDNA 40 as I don't want to spend the extra 50 on a Hana plus I like the form factor more.

Thanks for the help guys.
