you wont regret it and you will love it. I give you three days and you'll find cigarettes so nasty you toss it aside like it was a bad habit .......
We received ours last Friday. I didn't buy it for myself, so I didn't get cartomizers that I would like - instead I got tobacco flavors with the hopes of getting my husband off analogs, too. (I am now 6.5 weeks analog free thanks to my 510! Woo Hoo!!)
Well, he's trying really hard but is such a hard core smoker that the difference between the VK and the real thing is enough to put him off a bit. But he is doing well and has not bought a pack of smokes since the weekend. However, last night I woke up to something nasty and wasn't sure what it was at first... then I realized! He had found a long .... somewhere and the smell of him smoking it actually woke me out of a deep sleep!!! Ah well, we're only human and if he slips now and then I can't hold it against him. He did say it didn't taste good at all.
On another note, I have added the Cappucino juice to my list of favorites. Good stuff, Steve!

Thanks Grimmer. I quit smoking about three months ago with the 510 and Janty Stick, but they are kind of a pain to maintain. I'm really looking forward to trying the two piece design of the vapor king.
I agree completely on the maintenance of the other types. I will never go back to a three piece design. Vapor King is king!

I'm convinced that the reason i didnt fall off the horse, like so many others..or have a "transition phase" was extremely lucky picking of my flavor.
In my opinion the tobacco flavors...some of which are good btw... are very poor representations of an analog for the most part. Theyre nutty or sweet or taste like burnt marshmallows..but just not a marlboro or kent or whatever.
What is accurate enough to confuse your brain is menthol. You don't have to be a menthol smoker...so long as you smoked them occasionally (like when sick, or because you wanted something different, or bummed one now and then)... its just important that you had smoked enough of them to know what a menthol was like...so your brain will remember.
Menthol cartomizers fairly accurately mimic their analog counterpart, and as a result your brain is more easily fooled.
The result of *that* is that you are less likely to go looking for an analog in the ashtray to tailpipe back to life, and the transition turns from nerve wracking to smooth.
If you're one of those people who utterly hates menthol... and there are a few... then this method will of course not work. Then again if you're trying to quit analogs and swap to vaping..why would you have a brand you can stand in the house? haha
Thank you, I think you're exactly right... he keeps complaining about the taste and outside of ordering a bunch of flavors no one will use (who can afford to do that?) I don't know how to find the right one. I was a menthol smoker and he bummed from me sometimes... so I think I will get a pack of the menthol and see if that helps.
I have refilled a few for him with cuban cigar, but I have a feeling that isn't going to do the trick either.
