Yea wouldn't hurt. Everyone else that needs one should do the same so we don't miss forget about anyone. I've been hitting a stardust on the thing with the new IC and I think I have to cut my nic back again or stop using. The thing is crazy! no wonder you all risk life and limb playing with it also the V3's are stocked in which have safety vents and can fit IMR batteries for added protection.

As for the steel, I just shake my head.

So is that to say that the V3 hits harder than the earlier version?

The problem is with the question you asked: "Would they be OK?"

Yes, SR cartos are perfectly fine with the battery. However they don't give you the vape you want. No one can predict how well you are personally going to like a vape. Some people like an airy pull. Gotta test and see. That's part of the vaping journey.

Does OK mean vaping and getting no flavour? If that's the case, and since I was obviously no expert, wouldn't it be better to qualify what OK meant? My friend wanted to try it last night, took a vape and said "that sucks". So please, I'm the customer. If it depends on how I ask the question as to whether I get a proper response, if that's customer service, than I really don't know what to say.

Initially I came here to just to state that it isn't ok, (unless of course you like spending money on juice with flavour to not actually taste it) and I'm a little ...... about it but not a lot. I had no animosity and was planning to put through an order for a bunch of stuff next week.

Now with a comment like above I am getting .......

I think what he might be getting at is that a statement like "would this be OK" could be construed to mean "will it work with" rather than "will it work well."

Again, juice is another aspect of vaping that is completely individual. Everyone has different tastes.

May I also suggest another possibility that comes with making the switch from analogues? Your taste buds need time to adjust to not being swamped with toxins all day. This can produce a period that (most people go through) where nothing really tastes good, or has an extremely muted flavour. The specific name of this period escapes me at the moment but it's a really common side effect, I'm sure someone can chime in with the correct terminology and you can do a little research on this awesome forum. ;)

Also you shouldn't allow anything I say to deter you from placing another order with Canvape. I have absolutely no association with them or their business (other than being a customer).

I'm ...... because apparently this is getting thrown back in my court. First, the problem is the way I asked the question. As if I asked: "will the SR cartos give me a airy vape with no flavour, like just an Ok vape? Cause if they will, then that's what I want".

Second, it's also like minimizing and disregarding the issue I raised. I can't imagine someone enjoying a vape like that. If they did, then they wouldn't buy flavoured juice.

This is not a juice issue. It's not a taste bud issue. I was vaping the same juice on the Volt at the same time. I have vaped on a mod and I have vaped on a Volt and the Fat Boy with SR cartos is like sucking on dry air with no flavour. That's it. There's nothing more too it.

This is ridiculous - all of this over a $20+ battery. I don't care that much just please don't turn the situation around on me. Take some responsiblity is all. Thank you.

Ok if I knew anything about the difference between LR & SR and battery power etc., as a customer I would have made an informed purchase of some LR cartos to go with the battery. So I'm going to assume here that the vendor also knows the difference.

So, for instance, if I was the vendor with this knowledge and someone (obviously a newb) asked me if SR cartos would be ok, I would say, well the SRs will work but you'll get a much warmer and more flavourful vape with the LRs. I recommed LR cartos with this battery.

Anyway no hard feelings - as I said a few times, I only came here to bring this up so that the next time someone asks if SR cartos would be ok, you might consider giving a different or at least more detailed answer.

Is there any way I can squee without betraying my manly exterior?

I do not think he has ever used an EVO until now is what he is saying ;)

Ah, that would explain it. He's new to the POWA. Stick a LR carto tank on that puppy, set 'er to medium (or high if you dare) and vape your brains out.

That said I still can't wait for my ProVari to come back with its shiny v2 name tag. Or to get my hands on the VMax, whichever comes first. MOA POWA.

Anyone know what the msrp is? Mopar? Or is that a secret until its in stock?
According to Smok and their official website: Smoktech Variable Voltage Mod---VMax

Notice:
The market guided price of Vmax is$128.0/pc,we won't provide it to client who sells it less than $128.0,please kindly pay attention to it!

If Mopar was to sell it for less than that, he would risk never being able to get smoktech things in the future. I think they are pretty dang serious about that too! :)

Thanks North. $128....... I was kinda hoping it would be around that hundred dollar mark.

Yuppers. That's what I think we were all expecting really. I guess we will see in a few months if they put the price down to compete. I can see most people bypassing this device. Considering you can get a normal v2 provari for 160$... I dunno what the heck they are thinking.
For 128$ it better BE AWESOME. The non english vids seem to show it performing fairly well... and also taught me that button should be way nicer!

On the website they say the button won't stick and goes 360 degrees!

What it doesn't say, is that it will fire every time you push it. :D
