It has changed no credit I tried

Thats too bad, i liked that. But, it is probably for the best. That kind of policy could discourage price drops, so in the long run, its a good thing.

I hope these people harassing canvape know that price fixing is illegal in Canada. If you can't handle the competitive prices, go into another business. Canadians are sick of the price gouging, that's why canvape is kicking everyone's .....

It's funny how before Canvape showed up some Canadian vendors were guilt tripping us about buying in the US because we refused to buy their 400% marked up items - now that we finally have an alternative in Canada they're going after that vendor. Some real shady business practices if you ask me.

People know that Canvape has vapers' best interests at heart which is more than we can say about certain other Canadian vendors who are solely in it for the financial gain and will apparently stop at nothing to try and eliminate the competition instead of adapting to the changing market.

Hey Tom, you and your staff at Canvape should be very proud of what you do by keeping prices low and keeping us former smokers off analogs, when I first started gaping I could not believe some of the prices other Canadian vendors were charging for there products they were gouging us all and we had to take it it, now that Canvape has come along the payback is coming to all of those vendors who were taking advantage of and are scrambling to find ways to get back to screwing us in the ... again and this time without lube lol.
You have my support and always will, I will buy from no other vendor.
Keep up the great work.

My only problem with Canvape is I have now placed and received 3 orders and have yet to receive the dirty shipping pictures others have received. If I do not receive such pics on future orders im taking my toys and going home with my bottom lip dragging on the ground !!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED :p

If you buy anything today before I can update the pricing you will be sad so just wait till tomorrow. The hammer drops tonight.

This whole turf war thing is like a freak'n soap opera. I'm just glued to it like a car wreck. I know I shouldn't get involved, it's not my place but I can't help it - it's just so entertaining. With that said, please, Adam - don't let it get the best of you. You have achieved where so many have failed & they will continue to fail because of their greed. Celebrate the milestone & never dwell on negative naysayers. You're better than that. Ignore those who are jealous with your success & keep a positive mind. Your reactions to their comments just shows them they have some strength. Ignore them & they'll go away. Keep a steady course, keep your profit margins as is and use them to expand the product line. You've got the majority stake of the Canadian ECF all to yourself & no one can take that away cause you've earned it & deserve it. My 2c

I agree too. Keep your profit margin. You deserve it, and I can't see you losing any customers over it. You have helped open up affordable vaping for a lot of Canadians.

Be proud of what you've done and don't steep to their level, your better then that.

This is starting to remind me of wind mobile when they took on the "big boys".....if the other suppliers are making threats, and seeing as everyone collects gst does not a supplier have to be registered, even as a home based business? Can not complaints be lodged that way? I am more then sure right across canada issues like threats, price guaging, industrial espionage is all covered.
I mean don't get me wrong, if they are threatening then sure respond in kind.............but could all this placing it in the open play into their plans and could (I really hope not) play against everyone and have customers want to go to another supplier for thoughts of less fighting?

Let's try to keep away from the hyperbole. If there is a specific incidence of harassment that has occurred on ECF please report it so we can deal with it. Otherwise please avoid making blanket accusations as all it does is stir the pot and is likely to lead to further problems.

Mopar, I totally respect what you are/have done for vapers in Canada :) You're doing this for all the right reasons. I'm sure I'm not alone on that, look at all your new customers & the orders you guys are pumping out.

I'd hate for something to jeprodize your committment to us. A price war isn't worth it. Nore is risking your financial well being. I know all to well the cost of doing business, and all the hidden expenses that come with it.

At the end of the day, if you can look yourself in the eye and like the peron you see because you were honest and did your best.....well that a dam good day. Keep playing your own game, don't react to others that are jelouse. They just wish they could have done, what you have.

You have integrity, I really like that, apparently lots of us do.

Why are you guys against the drops, i say let em have it mopar!!!! :p

At the end of the day, lowering already rock bottom prices to upset & shake a few competitors doesn't necessarily help anyone. It means less profit margin for all. Many e-cig users have established rapport with their vendors - they are not going to drop them to save $1 on a pack of cartomizers. I'd gladly pay an extra buck on something to support my favourite vendor.

Canvape has already established intergrity pricing in Canada back in Nov. A few competitors have since re-aligned their pricing, somewhat but the vast majority haven't. For 1 retailer to be lower than others will always draw some negative attention. Look when Walmart came to Canada - other retailers cringed & criticized. Facts be known - they succeded in almost every region(Not Que). BTW I'm not a fan of Walmart but the scenario's are kinda similar.

I'm just happy I got some and there were delivered so fast! I think its great they will match prices too. I think the price I paid was more than fair to begin with and would not even think of asking for a credit after I ordered something at an agreed upon price. Maybe I will order a few more now at the lower price too!

I hope you are still a happy camper cause I know you will enjoy it :)
Ya i have no problems with it I could of received a credit on my LT at the time I bought it and I do believe the policy at that time I could of received a credit but didnt bother.Tried on the stardusts but policy has changed I guess and its only a few bucks so whatever.I just posted earlier stating that the policy has changed and was not .....in about it.I actually cancelled my order not because I couldnt get the credit but thought I would spread the love as I seen the new Canadian vendor opened up and give him some business as I dont think canceling my 1 order from canvape isnt really gonna make a big difference lol :toast:
