Was that to me? It's the Trustfire TR-001. It seems like I am getting the E-Fests, and according to the VMax thread in the VV APG forum, it seems I'm good to go, just not positive.

Yep should be fine. A word of caution regarding the TR-001: the cords are known to have an issue wherein the insulation separates at the plug, leaving bare wires exposed...which then can short, with somewhat dramatic effect (kinda blows the wire off the plug, in some cases). Could even result in the user getting shocked.
I've known of this issue for some time through reading about instances here at ECF, so I've kept a close eye on mine and treated it very (exceedingly, really) gently. A few days ago I inspected it in preparing to use it, and sure enough, there it was..almost 1/2" of both wires was exposed and touching...woulda been ugly if I'd not seen it and attempted to plug it in. Fortunately, the cords are the common type which are used for audio components, boomboxes, printers etc...best bet is to just replace it, I'd say...but at the least, check it closely before every use.

Just going to say if the battery's only last for a couple months, don't blame the battery, tr-001 is famous for eating battery's, that's why will not find it on my site, I can get them dirt cheap 3 bucks a piece, I'm all about quality not making a buck at someone else's expense.

Yes my child it is...lol,,,,,, spend 100.00 earn 10 bucks worth of points for future purchases basically it's a 10% discount.

Got 1 customer got over 1500 points,,,I called her on phone let her know she had over 80 dollars in free stuff if she chooses to get it,,,,now tell me how many vendors would made a customer aware of such a thing? She's an actual vendor and she said she doubted if she would done that.

Great news!!! When you get an idea of the time frame of delivery would it be possible to ship our devices in a bit early so that when they arrive you already have the v1.5 and we can get them replaced with the new units asap or should we wait until they arrive? (don't know if you've had a chance to test these yet and whether you wanted to before they are sent out?) Also would we be exchanging kit for kit or just body for body? (If it is kit for kit, I am pretty sure I tossed those included atomizers when I got them, don't know if that poses an issue or not?)

always ship next day express dhl from Hong Kong,,,,so when get tracking only be bout 36 hours away.

Itll be interesting to see if those V2's come in with a 4amp limit. Im still hedging a bet that it'll be 3.2 like the 1.5 version. Andrew, any idea on this? I got my vmax on the way (ty much) but still may be interested in a v2 at some point.
