Just wanted to pop in & say thanks for the awesome customer service!
Just a quick rundown for anyone interested: I had an issue with a device i purchased from ccv a few months ago, not sure of the warranty etc I emailed them letting them know & their reply was "send it back, we will replace it" No questions, no fuss, no drama, just a very well taken care of individual who couldn't be happier. my SS vmax died ( about 4 months old ), but i feel partly responsible....had a discussion with my gf ( she has a provari ) saying how my vmax was every bit as good as her provari and just as reliable for a fraction of the price!!!! And of course my max s**ts the bed the same night.....anyone have this issue? i got an "f2" warning so i threw out the carto, changed the batts, checked the pv over, replaced the carto and ( at a low setting ) it fried the new carto and scrolled the 1-9 startup numbers....now it will light up but wont fire??? would be awesome if there was a quick fix

Mine did the same thing about 1 month in. CCV took care of me with no problem as they always have. Great company to deal with.
Never did figure out what happened. That was my 2nd Vmax, the first one just started firing on its own, also at about the 1 month mark. CCV took care of that one no problem as well.
Has anybody ever seen --- in the display window on their vmax or zmax? I got my zmax from ccv and have emailed asking what this code means but haven't heard back yet. It's happened a couple times on my vmax also.
At least one thing it means is it is turned off (standby mode; menu 3). I don't know if --- occurs any other time.
Hmm. I guess it's possible I put it in standby by mistake. I'll check that the next time it happens. Thanks.
New VV and VW gripper with internal battery called the groove be here next week. Selling in 65 dollar range. Suppose to made with abs type plastic,, drop it on pavement and not hurt it, at least that's what my smoktech rep says.

Coming in on this order New E-powers have ego style top switches, The VV, VW groove, new assortment drip tips, Solar powered carrying case (just getting a sample to test first), 2.5 mini novas, new ego starter kits will have mini nova's instead of the tanks, makes for easier newbies to fill.
Sweet!!! I kind of have faded away from vaping. Stress plus my new group of friends all smoke so being around them pulled me right back. Now its been about a month and I can tell a huge difference in my breathing, caughing, lack of taste in anything and i still hate the lingering smell on all my cloths. So I plan on getting a Groove! cant wait either! looks like what I was looking for. I was getting sick of switching batteries and all my round mods rolling aways from me. Really since I broke my Gripper, I have been fading. Yep Right now I am going to go clean everything and put fresh cartos in my tanks!! Thanks Andrew!!!
