Crystal Clear Vaping

I am mostly a lurker on ECF, but just wanted to share my awesome experience this evening with Andrew and hence I am out of hibernation.

The Background

I have been a CCV customer since 8/31/2011. I had prior to this evening placed 15 orders in this time period. Had no reason to interact with Andrew, just place my order and forget about it. Package arrives all's well and dandy!

Reason to talk

This evening I place my order as usual, receive my confirmation and realize I made a mistake! I ordered 30 Boge XL unflanged unpunched cartos instead of 30 Smoketech 1.7 cartos that I usually buy from Andrew.

The Interaction
Customer 1/17/2013 10:14:38 PM

I made a mistake in ordering. I needed 2 x 15 1.7 Resurrectors instead I got 2 x 15 Boge XL.
Can this be corrected?

Staff (Administrator (Andrew/Owner)) 1/17/2013 10:19:41 PM

Already done.

Customer 1/17/2013 10:32:42 PM

Dude, that's super quick response!
However The Resurrectors cost more and you forgot to update the price on my order!

Staff (Administrator (Andrew/Owner)) 1/17/2013 10:34:52 PM

Don't worry bout it be ok.

Customer 1/17/2013 10:36:40 PM

Wow can I make this mistake every time I order? j/k
Thanks a lot, appreciate it tons!

Staff (Administrator (Andrew/Owner)) 1/17/2013 10:38:44 PM
NOTTTT.....lol

Conclusion

Customer for life! No doubt about it!!!
Andrew bought a customer for life for roughly $7.40!!

Well there's bout 80 or so crm requests out there got unanswered do to Jeremy's disappearance So I have to answer them as they come in, before I'd get a copy on my screen just let him handle it, he contact me if there was issue he didn't know how to explain, over Christmas time just figured was with family as his mom is very ill with cancer in hospital, turns out he's been gone since 13th DEC, So if there any issues just contact me I'll handle it, if I forget about something, just bring it to my attention it will be handled promptly usually add extras for a inconvenience the delay may have caused, Just me an my Filipino helper til I can get a new CSM manger.

Got a question. I need to put one of those magnets on a flat top so it will work in provari. Does it matter if I put the magnet or the top or botton. I am guessing the positive end would be better.

Don't put the magnet on the bottom. Yes, the top is where you should place the magnet.

hey just a heads up...

We recommend only using AW IMR high drain batteries in your ProVari.
You must use batteries that have a positive button on the top. Flat top batteries will not work. Installing magnet(s) on top of your battery is very dangrous and will void the warranty.

thats straight from the provape website

Not sure on the discount code. Maybe its limited to one use per customer?

On another note, any vmax owners out there have any ideas on how to free up the button on a vmax? I have to press mine very very hard to get my vmax to fire. It just started yesterday and I admit, Ive dropped my max in the past, but not recently. I had a look inside the unit the best I could see and the board seems to move a little when the button is pressed. By a little I mean a very slight " give" to the board. Barely noticeable, but it does. Is that normal?

Any help or thoughts appreciated. My max has served me well for about seven months now thanks to CCV standing by me after the whole lavatube fiasco. Id hate to lose it but Im thinking its on its last leg now :(
