not funny- well maybe a little. ;)
Mine is in my back pocket at work, when I use the can I have to remember to take it out... I've lost entire tanks of juice, had a few bent cartos, and heard it drop many times while "squatting" At least it's built like a tank (provari v2) and can handle it.

Andy, is there a reason I can't buy LR DCC (1.5-1.8 ohm) Smoktech cartos with the Flange for my tanks on your site? Are they sold out? I tried the Resurrectors, and the boges in all ohms... nothing compares to the 1.5 DCC's! Let me know!
Not sure everything seems fine all inventory counter are operating with in normal parameters.

BTW the boge xl ss 2.0 ohm and 3.0 ohm should ship this week,,,another dam holiday over there, my rep said.

Andrew, it looks like your XL ss Boges are what a few others are calling XXL. Kind of confused but you say they can be used in your DCT so I think it would work for me. I have enough to last until after the China holiday but just wanted to make sure I order the correct ones. Thanks for the update!

Not only should the Boge XL's in 2 and 3 ohm SS be here this week, but our 18500 IMR battery's will be here along with a cool rapid charger, which has an LCD for battery charge levels AND 5 VOLT USB OUTPUT PORT ON THEM, and to keep with a total safe chemistry battery's on website we will be clearancing all our protected ICR battery's. here's a pic of the charger.

Dangit, I missed out on that one!

me, too! lol Aw well, maybe we'll get lucky and they'll give away one of those amazing v 1.5 vv units! I started a 'lava tube noob' thread since more and more vapers are using it as a starter pv and so they really need a little guidance, so Im sending tons of people your way for boges, resurrectors, and snazzy new lavatubes. I just finally got the stainless one I ordered 2 mos ago... its awesome, but dang.. can't quite believe they didn't put the upgraded internals on those. Now I'm lusting for a v 1.5.

so two questions...
1) when are we expecting all metal bodies on the v 1.5s, especially the copper.
2) I'm ordering the jumbo resurrectors next order, cause I'm so darn excited about those. But are they ever gonna come in in the stainless? I figure they've gotta be available in the stainless since smoktech also makes a xxl dual coil in the stainless body. Those will just look so much cooler on the silver pvs including your new lavatubes and the chrome bolts.

And thanks for getting the xl boge in both resistances. Been wanting to revisit boge for some of my flavors. ;)

Wait a sec... you're saying the caps are metal as well? Oh, well that is a whole new animal, then! Very VERY cool! I'm so glad they didn't put plastic caps on that thing... would have been so silly. ;) And cracking up about that name thing. lol They're fighting a losing battle on that one, I fear. ;) Nuts to have proprietary rights to a name but not a product. ;) But of course your name is terrific. And great to know priority shipping is an option.

First time customer here.
I grabbed one of the new v1.5... tubes. ;)
After some brief stupidity on my part, which Andrew VERY graciously helped me with by email on Saturday night and Sunday AM (which I totally wasn't expecting and kinda blew me away), I'm rocking my first vv (a)pv.
So far, it's pretty awesome.
My poor abused roughstack maxi might get retired to "backup" status.
Many, many thanks to CCV for the über fast shipping and the astounding customer service. You've now acquired a believer, and a return customer.

Vaping should never be a learning process as extreme as what you've stated. I'm glad you got help with getting started and Andrew was willing to help. Just keep in mind there are better and more simple alternatives out there.

Lol no, nothing like that. I was just silly and skipped over the "new 5 click on/off" on the website. I had my brain stuck on all the reviews for the previous revision, with the "hold 5 secs to turn on or off" feature. I blame my sheer enthusiasm for a new toy.
Super simple, and again I applaud CCV's service. And patience ;)

Simple is a roughstack. Insert battery, push button.

Received my 1.5s over the weekend and I love them (thanks, Andrew)! One thing about them, and I've seen this in other boards...there is a way to "half" turn them on by mistake.

    My less than scientific results:

If you press the power button once, then plus within a few seconds, you will see your current set voltage, non-backlit, and be able to vape at what feels like 3 volts. The only way to turn it back off is to power cycle it (5 clicks, 5 clicks).

I have two 1.5s doing the same exact thing.

    Can anybody else duplicate this?

Do these hold more juice than standard Boges or do they have the same amount of fill in them as the standard ones and just a longer tube, for tank usage?

Yes they have more filler and do hold more juice for sure, also they work exceptional in my smoktech DCT's. At 3.5 volts on my VMAX's and the 3.0 ohm BOGE XL's in my DCT's, just a wonderful, flawless vaping exprience, so glad Boge finally got on board with XL's....now if they'll get some Dual Coils and higher ohm cartos for us Vari Volt users. Take care everyone.

Interesting. Yours actually produces power in that state? Mine does not, it just blinks the screen backlight for about a second. No vape. I have to use the 5 clicks to turn it on.
For reference... mine's a black fullsize.

Yeah, mine did the blink thing once as well. Just weird. If I didn't see it mentioned somewhere else, or have it happen on both of my units (full size as well), I'd call it a defect and get an exchange, but it looks more like I got two of the "1.25"s.... ;)

Very happy with these, though. Now they hit just as well as VVs that cost two, three times the price. Highly recommend, especially at Andrew's price.
