Wow .....really....1st I've heard of it. And FYI, The conversation the member was reffering to in the previous post I was out for the day tending to my mother who's fighting cancer. Please get your facts right and factual before posting trying to throw someone under the bus. Some people you just can't please or make happy no matter what you do or how far you go to try and do so....misery loves company and I just refuse to be that company. Sorry you think and feel that way skerter, I think I do a pretty good job for Andrew, considering, making his life much easier and more stress free, also giving him a lot more time to concentrate on getting orders out the door quickly, anyone notice how much faster the shipping times are now compared to 6 months ago......hmmm...wonder why that might be? My PM inbox is ALWAYS open and ready to go if anyone has anything they would like to share with me, whether it be concerns, help with your setup, device issues, carto issues or just have requests for the website or ANYTHING else that might be on your mind. Take care everyone. ..........J

Cant please 100% of people 100% of the time... Comes with the territory Jeremy. Walk it off man! lol

Jeremy has been incredibly helpful on my LT exchange issues and with information regarding everything from other PV's and batteries, to chagers with me. He did so patiently with great thought and care. He is a treasure trove of knowledge on APV's and apparently has the skills to actually test his results to verify them.

Thats just my. 02. Btw, this is coming from a guy whos very first and only order with CCV was a snafu because of the LT issues. I have every reason to be upset about it, and to blame whoever I want cause Im the customer and Im always right. Fact is tho, CS can only go so far if that "always right" customer doesnt remain open minded and flexable (to some extent).

It really wasnt fair to bash Jeremy like that an suggest he be "replaced" which Im sure will NOT happen. Frankly, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Sometimes, for reasons we dont always see, the people we deal with day to day have their own issues. Stop to think about that the next time you pull the trigger on them for responding in a way you dont like. Take a step back and ask yourself "what if?" first.

CCV is by far ONE of the BEST and I mean BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented suppliers on the Vaping Market HANDS DOWN! It is US as CONSUMERS that need to UNDERSTAND that ONE SUPPLIER has to deal with HUNDREDS of orders, so there will be some mistakes, BUT Andrew and Jeremy can fix it rest ASSURE! I know the RESPONSIBILITY and PROTOCOL when it comes to providing OUTSTANDING customer service and CCV has provided it in EVERY SENSE! You may ask how do I know about customer service and what it entails, is because I used to be a Store Operations Manager for 6 years and customer service is ALWAYS the number ONE priority for EVERY company! CCV provides that in EVERY way! I would like to say THANK YOU to the CCV Family for providing OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY PRODUCT! :D

Huge congrats, winners!!! Enjoy your goodies, 2Tone and Karn!! Did either of you get lucky and place and order and get double down winnings? Hoping so... that's SO cool. ;) I'd officially buy every week if I could, just to be able to afford a mod with winnings. And my apocalypse supply of cartos is looking WAY less like a long weekend supply, so would be good all around. lol

I have read replies to customers on this and other supplier forums that have made me question if I really want to deal with the company again. And when people call the suppliers out, it is the same old BS 'we are so busy, we can't make everyone happy, i have so many people I have to contact'....That is crap. May be true, but it is still crap. If you want to be snotty and stand-offish, please do it in private and just take the customer off your books. Posting snappy I-am-better-than-you, or demeaning comments on your thread is totally uncalled for. I had a serious problem with another vendor (they were selling the VVLT's) due to the fact I made a little blurb about one of their juices in a tiny sub-forum. They sent me a message jumping on my case for posting that. I asked if they would have rather me done a YouTube review on it? Reply after reply had the elitist tone to them. I blew it off. Had a forum question. Same crap. Called them out, now they either have someone to focus on customer service or have really just stepped it up. I may never order from them again, but at least they are trying. And the same goes here. Someone is asking you a question. Just answer it. Giving you their opinion of how you are perceived to them - don't make up excuses or go on the defense, say you are sorry and thank them. There are so many vendors out there, with many more starting every year. I don't care how much you may be growing now, it don;t take much, especially in a forum like this where many people have formed close bonds, to cause it to start falling. I recommend CCV to lots of people. If they post here and get a snarky remark it makes both of us look bad.

Oh, this wasn't directed just at you guys, although I had read a read a few comments in the past week or so that made me question my loyalty as a customer, this is directed to all of the vendors that seem either to type before they think or who really just look at themselves as better than someone else.

Now that I have ranted, I have had no problems with CCV or anyone there. I do await to see your reply. I bet it will be very proper and without malice or attitude.

I think there is a difference between a vendor or its employees acting in the way you speak of, and what happend here. Skeeter called him out without forethought and that, imo is uncalled for on a very basic human level.

Forget, customer service here for a minute. My point in saying ask yourself "what if?" first before you act is to try and see thing from a perspective other than your own. We are all human, all fallible, and to call for someones job and basically say they need an education in customer service just because you are upset is not the right approach. I have zero issues with any CS person snapping back when a customer is out of line. I do have issue with the kind of thing you are talking about tho hmless, and I agree with your thoughts in general. Still this is different from my perspective.

Besides, there are a lot of vendors, all sell the same or similar goods. We can always vote with our wallet.

I spent many years integrating customer service, marketing, and business development activities for internet companies specifically. Over a decade. I am always on the customers side in a dispute EXCEPT when its outta line. That was, imo, outta line.

We should always ask ourselves "what if?" first. Customer and vendor alike. It may not always be as it seems and until we have facts we shouldnt jump the gun. We are people first, our service of others comes with caveats. Those things most important to use as individuals. In this case Jeremys mom. Im my case my son on father's day so Im out for now.

Happy fathers day to all the dads!

Wasn't trying to be smart,, just trying to spell it out, you would be shocked at some of the emails we get,,,,, the most classic one was lady emailed me wanted to know how many cartos do you get with your 15 carto bundles,,,,,, I thought about it a while after i stopped laughing emailed her back told her you get 10. Dam just trying to explain it is as simple form as possible if this afends some people, then I'm sorry.

Perhaps your aggressive and insolent attitude has something to do with it? Who the frack are you, eh? Vinegar VS Honey...you know.

Andrew was my first vendor as a newb vaper and he went far out of his way to accommodate me and my neby questions and get me the products I needed. Name a vendor who'd call early on a Saturday just to verify an order and chat. And, that Sat. order came in on Monday from across the country.

Maybe him and Jer have had a rough few days dealing with the frickin' Chinese, ever think of that?

You talked to me that way, you wouldn't like the response. Trust me.

no it was a very polite pm .hello tried to order bats from new site but there was no money order option it just gave me a invoice to print and mail to you so i don't know if i ordered it or not no email conformation and nowhere to log in and see my orders the order on the invoice was 65879 let me know if you got it and ill send payment thx.and if that was aggressive and insolent and warranted him to jump down my throat than ok

I have changed it on the site now,,,, Back when CCV first started i use that free site, back then it did say click to use money order option, after following through the process again for myself a few minutes ago I see they had changed it now to a submit order button option, which prints an order with totals and gives address to send a money order in by mail, So all this sorta my fault for not following through an actual order before hand, didn't realize they had changed the structure of the processing procedure, what a fathers day,, :)
