I checked on usps.com and it said estimated date of Sat Nov.5 and that is about right for usps. Saturday starting at noon, I will be sitting in my lawn chair about 20ft from mailbox!

ROFL! I will have a spotter watching for me since I live in an apt and can't see the parking lot or mailboxes.

I got my 5v GLV2 today and was really excited but it doesn't work. It's not getting voltage to the carto pin. Maybe I'm using the wrong batteries? And, I tried to adj the pin height but the pin doesn't move even with the set screw all the way out. I've tried LifePO4 AW 500mah 3.2v and don't see a number on them. I've tried IFR16340 1000 mah 3.2v but they won't go in the batt tube. I've tried 4.8v Nimh batt but it won't fit either. Tenergy RCR123a batts won't go in the tube either. I don't understand why these batts aren't fitting and the ones that do fit won't work. Anybody have any suggestions.

I use 16340 3.7v 750 mah batts or AW icr123 3.7v 750 mah batts. Do you have any of those?

I only have the ones I mentioned except 1 AW IMR 16340 3.7v 550mah. I have another one of these coming plus 2 protected trustfire 16340/cr123 3.7v 880mah. Are these that are coming going to work?

I believe so.I have a set of ultrafire 16340 880 mah that work fine so Im thinking the Trustfires should work too.

I sure hope so. Damn, I just can't believe this. I wait all this time for my beautiful GLV and then I can't use it. :( Hopefully the batts will be here soon. I'll get a pic for you guys a little later.

You cant see it moving much its kind of slightly moving. If you tighten it ,it should come up and connect.Ive never taken the screw out.I didnt know there was a ball in there.I just tighten the screw until it snugs up to the atty.

I tightened it pretty tight but was afraid to go too far with the carto on. I didn't want to damage the head pin. But with the carto off I couldn't see the pin move at all and there is no voltage going to the carto connector so I think the problem is the batteries but the AW LifePO4 batts should work and are the only ones that will fit in the tube. These batts don't have a number on them but they are the same size as the RCR123a batts but the RCR123a batts won't go in the tube because they stop when they get to the pos end of the battery. It's like they are fatter at the pos end.

Also, I was told that the 4.8v NiHM batts would work but they won't fit the tube. :(

no way the 4.8v batteries are gonna fit in a glv, unless you have the 18650
