i use ikenvape. the site is currently down. you can also get some from sweetvapes(the grip guy)

the other thought is to get the 3.7v head cap for your glv

I really like 5v but this GLV2 seems to be a lot hotter than any of my other 5v. I'll have to try it for awhile and get some 3.5 ohm cartos. I have mostly LR and 3.0 plus a box of 5 ohm. Even the 3.0 cartos are hotter than a cigarette.

If I were you I would call Jay today and ask him to figure it out.Im sure he will be able to help on the phone or have you send it in and fix it.I would be upset if mine didnt work properly, but you know Jay will make it right.

I emailed him yesterday but haven't heard from him yet.

Its usually a whole lot easier to contact him by phone. Iv contacted him in the past for my order and he answered every time with with nothing short of amazing customer service!!!! Give it a try:]

I talked to Jay about my battery problem and he said that he only recommends AW batts, preferably the AW RCR123a. It's just my luck that I have quite a few of these batteries but none are AW and won't fit in the tube. He said that he would bore out the tube if I wanted but I don't think I do. He also said he would swap out the 5v top cap for a 4v if the new AW batteries that I just ordered are still too hot. I thought that was pretty cool of him but I don't want to send it back unless I have to so I'll wait and give the new batteries a try. I'll get this sucker working the way I want it to because I DO NOT want to give it up. It is just too damn pretty. :p

GLV2 update: I got the batteries that Jay recommended and they worked for a few puffs than quit. I got to try 3 different resurrector cartos on it and they didn't taste burnt and the vapor didn't singe my throat but then the damn thing stopped working. I tried the other set of the same batteries and they won't work either so it looks like I got a bad headcap and am going to send it back for repairs. :-x

I feel so bad.:unsure:It stinks when a new PV wont work. When you send it in put a note asking to get it back ASAP.:oops:Thats what I would do.

Thanks Keyz. I agree, it sticks but I had a stronger word in mind. Another thing. I was just watching Jays video on how to adj the pin and he said that there would be an allen wrench with each GLV which I didn't get and the plastic set screw cap was all gnarled so is hard to get back in. They did a pretty sloppy job on mine and I'm not very happy about it. :(

When I send my stuff in for repaint or fixups I write a very detailed note about exactly what I want and Im always quite happy with the results.Just be honest and explain it all to him.He trys to make us happy but sometimes things slip through.Plus he has a new guy that is probably still learning. It sux but give him a chance to fix it up.

I have it all boxed up and wrote a detailed note in it and asked him to fix as quickly as he can. I'm sure he will make it right. I'm not worried about that. The saga continues.....
