Official ProVari 2.5 Thread

I don't MIND the tapered cap, but I much prefer the P3 cap on my 2.5/Minis.

I have good luck with the tank/beauty ring with bigger tanks and my wife still used Nautilus Minis, so she likes the tapered top. The P3 top is great with a P3 tank though. I love my Kabukis on my ap3 2.5's.

I just think the P3 is a much more solid top, but the pin ring can be a pain in the .... when using a Kabuki or other P3 tank.

Rachel, this is a tough one. We all have varied opinions on the top caps, and the reason that many of us have both.

I believe you should be fine with either one. As others have suggested, if you do get the slant top, add in a tank ring for that oh-so-flush look.


@LarryPer - what are using in addition to the Pro Tank?

I got a used zombie edition P2.5 over a year ago but never used it. I am going to send it in for some cleanup and TLC. After browsing the Provape website today, I ended up getting another P2.5 (GloVari) but decided to stay with the original beveled top bc some of the carto tanks I got require it. I just got a Loki ring instead. Ill have some nice carto tanks to go with it soon!

They are on sale for $10 each since they are now discontinued. I got 2 of them. 1 polished and 1 zombie. Glad I found them too! [emoji38]

I still don't know how to use anything on my 2.5's except voltage up or down. Don't know how to check battery life or anything else. Hell, I don't even know how to turn a Provari off and that includes my P3's and Radius.
