I'm guessing additives...
It's like tanning hides. I was watching Mountain Men on History Channel the other day and they showed this mountain man tanning an elk hide. What he does is take the animal's brains and boils it. The brains disintegrated and he stirs it into a thin paste. Then he brushes it on the backside of the hide to tan it. It makes for an excellent preservative. It's something the native Americans figured out centuries ago. Now how did they ever figure that out?

I'm curious about the first person to eat an artichoke.

I thought it might be defective, and contacted ProVari. They said it was not uncommon for the memory loss, but they were working on it. Usually when the battery gets too low.

I was trying to get an idea if anyone else had experienced this issue.
Their honesty is one of the reasons I stay a customer. A lot of manufacturers wouldn't admit such a flaw. Yes, I know they said they are working it and that's a good thing, otherwise what good is the RCL or puff counter if the memory resets, especially if it's reoccurring?

No, it hasn't happened in our P3's and I hope it doesn't... I would not be happy and would let them know. I know, I know, I'm going to get attacked for my negative opinion. While I am no Willy Zee, we do own three V2's and two P3's. The only PVs we own and use are ProVari's. I only get my juice from two vendors and ProVape is one of them. I get most of my accessories from them. I wholeheartedly support ProVape so I feel I am entitled to my opinion.

Take your best shot... :rickroll:

Why would your honesty about this be shot worthy? Huh? Why? I'm sure if you're ever not happy about something your P3 did, Provape would be happy to hear from you.

What good is a puff counter, period?

I must admit I set it and it's the one feature I have completely forgotten. No matter how bad my OCD is, I don't ever look at the puff counter. I think it would really only be of mild interest to someone who just started vaping and they used it help them feel good about that. For most of us who have vaped a long time, it's really of not much interest, tbh.

Ok... I don't really care about a puff counter either but it is interesting. My point is, it's pointless to even have it, or a RCL function if the memory gets (or keeps getting for that matter) reset.

But I digress, they are working on it. :thumb: Besides, it hasn't happened in ours anyway...
