Hi Everyone :)

Just wanted to give you all an update on my story .
My brand new Titanium P3 (less than 2 months of very careful use-only in my wall to wall carpeted living room ;) ) suddenly stopped working and was giving me this weird [19]Error message.I was very upset and bummed out about it.

The online store I had purchased it from here in France wasnt very helpful, just told me to return it to them at my expense and then they would return it to Provape-count 6 weeks minimum from reception....

It was a Bday prez to myself and it cost me nearly 300$ so I was really disappointed.

By posting here I was really hoping SOME experienced Provari-user would have a few good tips for me, hopefully to avoid the whole send-back-do-without-for-two-months-process!

But after posting on this Forum and opening a support ticket directly at Provape, Provape customer service contacted me directly and Blake, my CS agent, was just GREAT!

He immediately offered to send me a NEW ONE right away and to send me a voucher to send the broken one back!

Well,he was as good as his word, FEDEX showed up with my new P3 yesterday morning!

Works beautifully! Am just so relieved and so happy.

What GREAT CS!
Blake really seemed to care that I was disappointed with my purchase and did his best to make everything allright.

Thanks again everyone for your support & advice :) !

One for the experts. On the xtar VP2 what is the reason for the USB charger? It certainly doesn't charge my phone.

I have the 4-port Xtar, so no USB port, but from what I understand, if you insert 2x 18650 batteries, it will act as a battery pack to charge USB devices. It does not charge via USB when plugged into the wall.

Actually, it says that you can...or I think that's what it says. i haz a sleepy.

VP2 has a 1A USB output function so that users can use the charger as a USB battery backup (use it to charge mobile phones and other mobile USB devices)

There's a link to the manual on this page: http://www.xtardirect.com/products/xtar-vp2-charger

To use the USB to charge devices, you need a battery. From the manual....

Morning P3 peeps ... giddy up Blue Jays :)

Good luck, Willy, but I have to admit that I'll be rooting for those underdogs from KC. Possibly all the way through, but either the Mets or Cubbies will fill a bill too.

You know that I can't root for the Jays. No more than you could root for the Yankees.

IF they win, however, which they SHOULD, then I'll be happy for YOU (but only you).

Good morning!

Does anyone know if the Kabuki can take coils other than the Nauti BVC/BDC? Something in the .5-1.0 range?

Hey Tweety! Nice to see ya. :)

Zen's here sometimes, but there's another thread for the Kabuki that may want to pop into. I know they were designed for Nauti coils, but that's where my knowledge ends.

Maybe someone else here though, will know differently.

And welcome back!

Thanks, DP. I'll check the other thread. Should've done, first - but it's a lazy Tweety, this morning :). Lately, I find myself using a P3 or BB more than anything else. Ease of use (read, "lazy," again) is the desired attribute. But I prefer lower ohms at 18-ish watts. Any ideas for a plug and play tank would be greatly appreciated!

It should be exciting :)

Speaking of BB, you might wish to pop in there.

Mr. DD has made a long-overdue/awaited appearance, and there looks to be a another Battle Pillarz (or something else YTBD) looming. :D

You make it sound as if everybody is just going to stop using their P3s.

Buck up.

Ain't gonna happen.

Whoa there. My P3's are going nowhere. One might leave only to be replaced by a second P3 TI. Looking forward to a provape black Friday sale.

Black Friday sale would be perfect for a Stealth P3 Ti! As HBcorpse said in the ByLeo forum ... this bench is hard.
