I got the link for the download software, tried installing, and it doesn't work. :(

I couldn't get the radius software to work either, so I don't know if I have a bad programmer or if my PC doesn't like provape software. Did you have any issues with installing the software? I replied back to my ticket, and will wait and see what they say...
I didn't have any trouble. Make sure you do two things: run software before plugging in programer (this will install a shortcut on your desktop), then connect programmer (my version of Windows 10 had to load drivers for the programmer...let that happen, then restart Windows prior to programming a P3). Hope this helps.

I did all of that, and when I open the shortcut, it doesn't see the P3 and doesn't do anything when I hit the refresh button.

Does the button light up when you connect the P3...the pin on the programmer (spring loaded) must touch the positive battery contact in the P3...a couple of mine needed to be tightened down pretty snug to make contact.

It does light up the P3. I've got some snips of what I see on my system. I don't get any login screen for provape, and the "refresh" button on the software doesn't do anything.

Try reinstalling the software from the website with the programmer disconnected...restart windows before connecting the programmer...must be a simple fix...if that doesn't work, talk to ProVape, I've run out of ideas :(

I thought I would ask this with you all since y'all know everything. If I get a Kabuki, is there a place that does tank engraving like Phiniac? Also, how long do y'all think my P3 will last? Trying to figure out if I should get a backup.
If your asking, and you can afford it, get a backup;) piece of mind, priceless! That's the way I roll.

Not quite engraving, but if you want a decor decaled tube, try Bedazzletubes.

Try hitting the fire button after you connect it then refresh. I had to do that with my radius. Just because the button lights doesn't mean the p3 is actually on.

I tried firing a P3, and got nuffin. :(

I sent the snips to Provape, and have been working a ticket. I've done install, uninstall, install several times, and have just now uninstalled it. I was never able to get the radius update software to work on my PC either, so I think I've got some kind of issue between my PC's (both of them) and whatever software Provape uses. I will wait to see what my last response will be, but am hoping they will let me return it.

It may actually be a bios issue. My wife's pc had an issue with the old ps2 port not working right. It would recognize devices but they wouldn't work. Turned out the port was disabled in the bios.

I think messing with those settings is beyond my skill and comfort level. I hope I can return it.

If you just bought a Radius it most likely is the 60 watt model. There are no updates for that, so you don't have to be concerned.

I had one fairly old computer that used to do the Radii 40 watt updates fine and then one day, it would not. Even computer repair couldn't figure it out. (But they probably should have. :)) So, I tried another computer and it worked without a hitch.

I suggest trying a friend's computer with the P3 updater when you get a chance. As these updaters used to wholesale for $199, I suggest keeping the $30 expenditure and trying again.

Can you clean those in alcohol? Your tanks are beautiful!

The Bedazzled decorated tubes are mostly baked on enamel and are very tough. Though I've broken the glass on occasion, I've never even scratched a design.

I just rinse mine out under the faucet, with water. Dish soap is optional. I don't think Isopropyl would cause any harm, but I only use that on metal connections and cleaning the ends of my batteries once and awhile.

I had 40W Radii that wouldn't update, so I sent them back to Provape and got ver 26. The newer ones I got were the 60's (ver 1) so I think I'm good on them.

I'm really torn about returning or keeping it. I asked them about returning, but I might be SOL at this point. I got the Procyon cable too, just in case it might be needed, but I think all of the mods I bought were current versions. I thought it might be good to have the kit in case...
