Since this seems to be turning into a wake, I noticed something interesting today.

The last couple of orders I got from Pro vape had tracking numbers with extra digits. I'd get tracking on both the long number and the regular number which usually starts with 9405. I thought it was odd but not worth much thought.

I had done some trading so in shipping stuff out today I decided to use the USPS Click N Ship. Most everyone knows what it is, but if you don't it's a desktop app that an individual can use to pay postage and generate a label. And then I saw that my tracking number had those extra digits.

I don't think I am jumping to any conclusion but it appears that Pro vape has stopped using the business oriented services (like indicia, etc,) that handle shipping transactions. They are now paying for and generating labels just like the rest of us from a desktop computer.

Worse maybe, their site is down (at least right now).

Seems so from this side, too.

Yes, it's definitely down, verified by isitup.org.

I ran a trace route and the ping proceeds along the backbone hitting various servers on the ntt network. At hop 21, it leaves ntt.net and hits a level3.net server in Washington. That request times out, and the ping returns to the ntt network as it bounces among different servers in various parts of the country.

It's been a long time since I had to deal with internet traffic so I will not make any guesses as to why it appears to reach the Pro Vape host but get no response.

Man, I hate it when I miss all the fun and the posts are deleted, regardless of whether it's trolling or about my parents.

Provape always provided me a great product at a fair price. I appreciate that.
Their business plan/strategy is only known to them. On the one hand, it's not my business.
But, on the other, they have established a relationship with us, and I would think that it would be ethical for them to say something to us, one way or the other. If they were desperate that would be one thing, and I would accept that. But, they've clearly sold out their inventory, so they're not sitting on an enormous loss any longer. I think it's time for a word or two from them.
Just my opinion, from a friend.

Way back in the day, in the olden days, folks would order stuff from ProVape and drool waiting for a confirmation of shipping on their order. By scaling back, maybe they are truly returning to an earlier iteration of their business model. I really don't know, and frankly, I have nothing but praise for the folks at ProVape.

I hope they do stick around in whatever capacity they can, and will continue to support them in any Fashion I am able to. We are all riding a bumpy road together on this bus...let's hope we all make it to wherever we are going unscathed.

Regarding vapocalypse, reading a lot of post I am little bit confused with a stock which some members have. As I alreday said, I had just one 2.5 mini for almost 5 years which worked great.

Now I've bought 3 new ones but more because they are all different and I like how they look (one 2.5, one Classic GMZ and one P3), and I'm pretty sure that I will be set for a decade. :p

And regarding atomisers, I never liked Kayfuns. Had almost every of their products from the first one (including Semovar mod) and tried them all but I am more GG guy. Only Kayfun I really like is V2.1 mini which I kept and still using from time to time. For me it's still better than all later editions.

Anyone has experience with Squape Rs? I know it's older atty but I got superb reccomendation for it and found it still in stock in one store but want to check with someone else. I am M2L vaper, singl coil with regular ohm coil (1.5-1.8) and love little warmer vape.

Sounds like the Squape R(s) is right up your alley. I used it exclusively for about a year with great results. The airflow can be tight for MTL or up to a restricted lung hit. Building is a breeze, and I used the deck for cotton, I can't remember the name, but I'm pretty certain it comes standard.
It leaked once or twice for me, both times were wicking issues on my part, paired with temp changes of going inside from a cold Canadian day.
It's very solid as well; I knocked it over a few times, without any damage, and the new owner is still using it with the original glass.
I'm not sure how willing I would be to pay full price for one again, it's lacking in certain features like top fill and juice control, but I'd definitely buy one on sale! Looks slick on a P3 as well
