Out for delivery...

Yes my second plasma tank is out for delivery and 60 ml of ejuice. Only two more packages to come.

I will say Boulderhouse is very fast processing a order and shipping it out. I ordered it on the 10th and it's being delivered today.

Edit: what a perfect day vape mail and snow.

They'll prolly look at it and go hey.....that toilet paper tube is more fun, but we wanted to have it waiting for them when they come home. You know just to show them there's nothin' their daddies wouldn't do or get for them!

That's my luck, my cat would have more fun playing with the box instead of the contents...

Most cats do! But we wanted to do our best to train them to use their condo (with the sisal posts) as the only place they sharpen claws. I know a lot of people are anti-declawing, but our cats are never allowed outside - NEVER - so we have declawed in the past. We really are hoping to not need to with these little girls this time around.

I hear you! I'm probably in the same boat you are as a horizontal coil is working just fine for me. I don't foresee myself building any other type coil anytime soon.

Out for delivery? Are you being mailed to DP's house, this time?

Here's another picture of the kittens (names to be determined)!

I am liking the darker of the two. Do they lighten in color with age (like most dogs do)?

Actually, they more often darken as they grow up. The one on the left is the Champagne, the one on the right is the Blue. Charlie saw them in person and took the pics (poorly, I might add). He wasn't permitted to touch them as they had not had shots yet and the breeder didn't want any chance Charlie could transmit anything to them.

Actually, it's more like they (the kittens) own them (the humans)...

Oh yes, you are quite correct. Cats own us, not the other way around. And Burmese in particular are very people-centric and demand a lot of attention from their humans. In return, they receive the most pure love they may ever experience. Yes they do!

Yin and Yang for the WIN~!

The names that have won are:

Emi (meaning Beautiful Blessing and is the name of the Champagne Burmese)
Eri (meaning Blessed Gift and is the name of the Blue Burmese)

I so can't wait for June 26th, when we can bring them home! No I can't!

The Provari uses what is called an internal PWM buck-boost converter, which they follow with a DC converter stage. Both of these things are used to give the Provari its deadly accuracy, and helps with battery efficiency.
The last thing I heard about the frequency used by the Provari's system, was 800Hz...which is why you hear a sound similar to white noise when you fire your atty, whereas the cheaper mods on the market sound like a rattlesnake. The cheaper mods use a much lower frequency of 33Hz, though some use closer to 100Hz.

Oh, by the way...
BOO. [emoji317]
And you would be correct HB. Nice to see you. PWM = Pulse Width Modulation...a way they pulse the power attempting to achieve an average or mean.. The problem with PWM in cheap models (as you allude) is they are at low frequency so the power spikes are more dramatic. The result is a significantly hotter vape. Mods such as the VAMO, Lavatube and others once incorporated low frequency PWM and it was rejected because it was too hot. The original iStick also incorporated it and it was the same problem (that Busardo summarily ripped). Too hot. People would compensate by lowering their voltage a volt or two. The Provari also incorporates PWM but the big difference is they do it at very high frequencies so there are very small spikes in power delivery. It approximates a steady power rate. The cheapo mods run at 33Hz. The Provari, as you point out, runs at 800Hz (I thought it was 800 but was only 90% sure...I just knew it was alot).

See Sir Rod, not hard to understand!

It's snowing all the way down to Miami!

I never vaped with Sakai on my shoulder, so I won't with kittens there either. Their health is vastly more important than mine!
If the kitties health goes south Charlie will see to it yours does too. :)

I knew that. I read it in one of Bad's blogs.

I guess I had read this somewhere, sometime. To me it's of "some" interest, but more academic. All I care about and need to know is a Provari is:
  • Superbly Well Made
  • Superbly Reliable
  • Superbly Consistent
  • IT JUST WORKS Every Time You Push The Button
That's really all I need to know!

If the kitties health goes south Charlie will see to it yours does too. :)

Oh yes Indeed he will!

Your HDTV also has a "refresh" rate (also Hz). Similar concept as the PWM. When you watch your TV you are not watching a constant picture. It is actually new pictures flickering on and off at a very fast rate. Imagine if your TV refreshed at once per every five seconds. Think of how choppy that picture would be. Some guy walking down a sidewalk would move 25 feet before you saw the next picture. Now, jack up that refresh rate and it becomes very smooth, very life like. Add more pixels (resolution) and now we're really talking! Most HDTVs are at 60Hz. Some go to 120 but there is a point of diminishing returns because the human eye simply cannot discern the difference. Same for resolution. Ever see a 720 versus a 1080? Not a whole lot of difference to the human eye. Most don't notice it, but some do if they study it for some length of time. And a cat certainly would. That's why the OCE should get a 1080. :)

I actually have 3 HD tv's one is a 720 and the picture looks as good as the 1080's. I will add the 720 is a smaller screen.
