Anyone else break the center pin? I'm pretty sure mines broken. Always reads open. I popped off the nub and it's flopping around in there. I can't see how I abused it.
Thanks, Bronze. It's blue. Sort of a sapphire blue. Very different finish than my black has. I considered sending it back, but the color grew on me and I determined to ignore the finish.
ETA: I was concerned that the finish would mar easily, but that hasn't been the case. I don't use it quite as much as the Celtic Knot or Black, but it does travel in both a car cup holder and in my purse. All manner of things in that purse, and nary a scratch so far!
They look normal and stuff and they don't have scary painted faces, oversized shoes, or weird clothes. So no, I don't think they'd be happier at Ringling Brothers. And they came with the authentic AW normal markings and were only purchased from RTD and Provape, who'd better not be selling clowns.

I'm aware of the eGo-ish coating, so it's not on my shopping list, but it's a prettier shade of blue than I thought it was. If you notice when I beg for my purple it's always for a "Zenkote-type metallic." If they put out a soft touch purple I would haz a sad.
You probably wouldn't meet them anyway. When a stranger goes back to the corrals they think it's a vet and vanish.
And Zen Coat (Gun Metal and Gold). I'm sure most know about these.
I believe there are some anodized finishes now as well --- the bright colors with some sheen to them sure look anodized to me.
And then there's that glow coat finish.
There have been others --- various types of paints and anodized and at one time a Gold Plated one. My guess is that there has been about 5 different black finishes.

This is the second instance of this that I read about. I would open a ticket with ProVape and utilize the warranty on that puppy.
Starting to get "center pin phobia" over here, wanting to be extra careful with my pins!
