Yeah I know.

To borrow the Ocelot's phrase: I haz sad.

The good news though...I still have my other Provari(s) for backup!!

I keep thinking about the carbon on the top of the battery. I'd be inclined to send the battery with your P3 for them to evaluate. The battery could have had an unusual discharge, which might have hit the circuit board of your P3.

Um, frightening? It would be almost as funny as me walking into a vape shop and showing the cloud chasers how to build a coil. Yes it would! LOL

Thought the same thing so I tried different batteries....same results.

I've opened a ticket. *sigh*

What the hell is it with me and the P3!?! I knew I should have been a beta tester :sneaky:

Chances are the battery you saw carbon on did a number on your P3, and a different battery won't likely make a difference at this point.

It was one of their new blue flat top batteries.
Tried one of the red 2200 button top and same behavior. Oh well. It is what it is.

If there's a silver lining in this, it's IT'S A PROVARI! No matter what, Provape will take care of you. Yes they will!

You do get to see your local Post Office more than most. I think Provape needs to send you a new unit and take your apart's piece by piece.

Oh and for the record....I have not dropped this one......yet
I was gonna ask that
Why do I think I read a post about something similar, not long ago? I haven't been vaping SR's gin, so that can't be it ... I know zilch about electronics. Ticket is best. Unless, maybe, @Bassnorma is around?

Maybe someone should come out with e-juice that has real alcohol in it. That would make the e-cig naysayers happy, right?
Blech! Anyhow, the alcohol would prolly burn off when fired. I had a bad gin experience in college. I won a contest, and that's enough about that. No desire for a gin vape!

Just fired off a post in the Saloon, re: Robin's possessed P3. Maybe the Calvary will come to the rescue...
ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, spread the word that I have done another unthinkable.....another issue with a provari. I swear...if I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all!!!

At least I have a sense of humor about it.

You do know I am the one that has broken a few ProVari's....;)

Oh and Possessed is the PERFECT word for the way this thing is behaving!

Ok..... I've just encountered the strangest thing with my P3.

The damned thing looks like it is trying to reset itself

The multi light button keeps going through all the colors and the screen brings up the ProVape logo. Fades out then bright again. WHat!?!?

I don't know, but the general fix is to remove the battery and pull your spring a bit. Then try again. You could also try cleaning your contacts. If all else fails, I would contact ProVape's help desk for help.

Yes, I did know that! I am also Robin, and I've learned that most Robin's could have been called, "Grace." :)

Done and done and did all that. ;)

Damn, knew I should have changed my name when I had the chance. Did ya know you can even change your first name when you apply to have your name changed after you marry?? Yep, lady at the desk told me that when I was filling out paperwork to have my last name changed to my married name.

Think it would have worked to get the 'grace' part of my personality fixed?

What you lack in grace you made up for it in talent, and personality. I would add looks, but don't want hubby hunting me down. Oh I still said it.
