Thank you, RB. That's so sweet!

I've been in Massachusetts for a few days, visiting my Dad. It's been a nice visit, but I'm happy to be going home, today. Dad lives in a Continuing Care retirement community; the median age is 81. There's no smoking here, of course, but no one ever thought about vaping :). So, I brought two P3's and have been vaping away in Dad's condo and all around the grounds. He's used to it (quite happy about it, actually), but his friends have never seen a ProVari (or anything but a cig-a-like). Lots of questions, which I'm delighted to answer. And Dad is having a grand time encouraging this group of 80-something's to support vapers' rights!

That's great LB. My dad is 94 now, and lives in a nursing home. He's totally blind after he fell and destroyed his only good eye. I vape in front of him, but he can't see me doing it and has no clue I vape to begin with. I was the worlds best closet smoker. My family and friends never knew I smoked.

I'm happy you can still write about it. I'm sure during a lightning storm your family gets as far away from you as possible.
My house was struck by lightning twice. Two years apart. Actually, the bolt hit trees next to the house but it traveled inside and fried various stuff.

I live in the Lightning Capital of North America. I have an unbelievably healthy view of what to do when thunder can be heard. Get the f inside!

You better believe it. I fish frequently in the Canadian wilderness and those storms come up quickly. I learned the hard way that when you see storm clouds get off the lake as soon as you see them. Several times I waited and got caught in it racing back to an empty cabin. Dodging lightning bolts all over the place. Stupid, very stupid. I consider myself fortunate. But I finally learned.

Knock on wood but we've never had lightning hit our home. I have a pacemaker/defibrillator so I go into hiding when there is a storm. I'm not sure but I think my Doctor found a good deal on one at Fasttech.

I think FT sells nano versions of it too. Did you see them?

I was thinking about getting a pacemaker myself. My neighbor got one a year ago or so and when he and his wife do yard work he sits in a lawn chair and watches her. I can dig that!

I'm treated like royalty at home, not so on DP's futon.

Maybe they have a Five Pawns version.

Or the Plasma edition.

My Mom has a pacemaker. She tried quitting with an ecig same time I did but couldn't get it near her heart without it interfering badly she said. She's still smoking away on her back porch.

To you, P3 Ti users - is the display glass just a slightly bit raised from the tube? (it's smooth and flat on a stainless)
Getting' reports from my buddy, he already got his. I'll have to wait a week or so.
Thanks.

R

To me it feels the same as my P3. Mine is smooth on both the P3 and P3 TI. I did somewhere in this mess of posts where someone had a P3 TI with the screen raised a bit.

I'm confused. How can the ecig interfere with a pacemaker?

I got the upgrade for the P3 and what I thought was awesome before has now Sent me to heaven you can get phat clouds now and flavor for days it is worth it to upgrade...... FYI there is a $5.00 shipping charge that provape wants to ship it back to you. Well worth it once you get it back. It will give mech mods a run for the money
