That what the Saloon is for. It's pretty dead down there now, we could commandeer it.
For me, the choice would be simple. The Russian is a great system, but the kayfun (go authentic only) is better. The build deck on the Russian is a bit fiddly, whereas on the kayfun it's rock solid. They both vape about the same.
First of all, let me say I'm done with clone atomizers as well. For the most part authentics not only have a better build quality, but they just work better (don't leak, easier to build, etc). I love my Erlkonigin and Squape Rs to death.

That said, I've had really good luck with EHPro Kayfun Lite Plus V2 clones. I have an authentic and the EHPros are about equal in vape quality and ease of build, it's impossible for me to tell them apart. And yes, the authentic Kayfun leaks on the bottom just like the clone.[/QUOTE]

I just have a fundamental issue with buying a clone of anything, tbh. I don't begrudge someone else from doing so, but I simply won't support a copycat.

ProVape needs a general members thread that is not attached to a product. When they come out with their next new mod then the Radius thread will die. We're like a herd of grazing cattle going to wherever there is another lush patch of green grass. The Radius thread makes no sense for me because I don't have a Radius and don't plan to have one any time soon (if at all). It's interesting but only for so long.

You echo my thoughts, Mr. Bronze. I found the Radi thread exciting and fun as any Provape roll out thread always has been! But after a short while, I couldn't figure out why I was even reading it. Like you, I don't plan on a Radi in the near future.

Then again, DPL and I don't own (or are planning to own) a P3 and you guys have all graciously allowed us not only entrance here, but a soft futon, and lots of lube. So we stayed. The difference is, this thread became more like "home". I doubt the Radi thread ever will, for me at least.

Ms. Celot, perhaps it would be a good idea to Saloon it for awhile. I've not spent much time there at all, but I'll travel with you if ya like. :)

LOVE all your Thurs. throwbacks! Tooooooooooo cute!

I agree too. When I first ventured into the rebuildable coil atomizers, my local vape shop steered me to clone Kayfun. I didn't know the difference and they didn't offer to tell me. I got three before I knew any better, but now I'm wiser and avoid clones.

Although, I can see the appeal of some clones. Many original manufacturers make it damn near impossible to get your hands on an authentic, with runs limited to only a few hundred (if that!). It was only recently that Kayfun Lites were easily obtainable through SvoeMaesto. Try getting your hands on an Ubertoot or Mark Bugs Gem, it's like the manufacturers are inviting clone makers to jump into the arena.

In other news:

(Detroit Free Press)

WHITEHALL, Mich. — A dispute between a Whitehall man and his girlfriend ended with the man attacked with a fish, police say.

The 61-year-old man was drawing a sketch of a mounted sailfish in the 1000 block of Livingston Street when his 58-year-old girlfriend became angry and moved the fish, according to a Whitehall police news release.

The mount fell over and broke when she left the room. Upon returning, she suspected her boyfriend was responsible for the damage and had begun hitting him over the head with the fish and poking him with its nose.

The boyfriend was cut on his hand.

The couple had been drinking...ya think?

ahahhahahahaahahahahahahhahaa! We'll have what they're having!!!!!! Poked him with the nose, you say? I LOVE IT!!!!

I love "poking him with its nose." I can't stop thinking about it. I imagine he cut his hand on the dorsal fin or tail...but where did she poke him?

Loud thinking - the P3 connection on a Ti won't break your hip. It will just remove the press-fit connector from the tube.
That's a weak spot. Titanium doesn't hold together as well as SS. Recently I've had to hammer it back in too often...

R

I don't understand, R. What's been happening???

I've never had to TOUCH mine, other than to vape it. And it's been cranking since almost the day there were first announced. Please educate?
