Dragon's Fire wouldn't taste like Nicoticket. It would be the other way around as DF has been around longer. 
There is no consensus as to what Dragon's Fire tastes like. I've heard them all. But perhaps the most widely accepted flavor would be chocolate chip. There is a cocoa/brown sugar element too it. Sweet, but not at all too sweet.
Steep time is as subjective as the flavor itself. Some vape it right out of the mailbox and like it, some prefer two weeks, some a month, some three months. I find it pretty good at two weeks but 1 month and longer is even better. Most of the DF I vape is 2 - 5 months old because I usually have a large inventory of it. But the stuff I am vaping right now is barely a month old and it's perfectly fine. Everyone will be different and everyone will detect differences more than others. And yes, Raitis is right. There is a little extracting alcohol in HHV so take the cap and dripper off for a day to let it evaporate.
