ok, i'll stay hopeful and wait then :)

Just make sure you are using authentic nautilus coils. I buy mine from Sweet-Vapes. 10 bucks a pack without shipping. I use the 1.8ohm coils, but I don't think there's much difference between those and the 1.6, at least in my experience. And understand that once and while you'll get a bad coil. Maybe one in 40 or 50?

And, FWIW, I vape a nine watts regardless of the PG/VG ratio. My ADV is 50/50 and I have two others going right now that are 30/70 and 35/65 and both vape fine a nine watts.

Not all Nauti coils are single coil.
The original BDC (Bottom Dual Coil) is still sold in many places.
The BVC (Bottom Vertical Coil) is the most popular one and what most use.

Luckily the boxes sold today will say BDC or BVC on the box in a small gold circle, so it's easy to identify the difference. Early Nauti coil boxes have no circle and are BDCs.

really? well maybe i've been using too high of wattage. i think i've been using 10 watts, or around 4.2 volts.
i usually vape around 8 watts... so maybe this is what's happening doh!

LOL. Starting low and moving up is always a good choice when it comes to setting power levels, especially with a VV device. 4.2 is too high for me these days with most coils.

Also -- when using VV, it is good to realize that the ohms of the coil make a difference. If the coils are 1.6 the voltage would have to be lower than for 1.8 ohm coils to get the same level of power/heat.

And they're the ones I try my best to stay away from- they did nothing for me but the BDC's are all that!

Just received my loverly Gloss White P3 tonite...it's so pretty!!

Also, first time I have used 18490 batteries and I declare them to be the perfect size. The P3 just looks so "right" with that size battery.

I do wish it had the battery life of the 18650...but oh well!!

When I get my jwraps I will have to take a family photo!

Happily vaping!

I took the full journey. 18650 ---->18490 ----> 18350. I enjoy the small profile.

I have to very much agree with you on the 18490 batteries being 'the right size' in terms of a balance of the correct looks for a Provari, and a balance of good run times.

I'm actually still thinking Provape is likely working on an 18490 Radius Mini. **This would only make sense**

Like, when this 18490 Radius Mini launches, we'll all go: "Well of course.. That just makes sense!"

I dunno there Stan. They could be, but I'm thinking it wouldn't have the right feel if'n the Radius was shorter. Maybe that's just me, but the Radius as it is feels simply perfect in my hand. Remember, the Radius is about as tall as a Mini, but it has a 18650 battery in it. Shorter might not be an ergonomic advantage. Again, maybe just my thoughts.

I've got big mitts, I don't think a shorter Radius would work for me ergonomically. Maybe for folks with smaller hands, but then you give up run time. I think the Radius is a very well thought out form as is.
