I kind of like the tasting notes here.

Guys and gals (?), if you haven't tried your samples yet, do yourself a favor and just drip a few drops. You'll be amazed at how mature this liquid tastes.

Joe, these are fresh, correct?

Yep they are fresh. All were made the day after the contest was started.

Easy to say when you probably have a jug of every kind a juice laying around the shop. :)

Yeah your probably right bronze. We have a juice bar set up in our shop with bottles of everything we make so its easy to go over a take a bottle of what ever I feel like vaping.

Yeah totally. This is where I go when I get bored of a flavor.

Me too. When I start vaping a bottle, it's vaped over a long period of time. I consider a juice good to go "fresh" if it's fine at 2 weeks or sooner, but rarely get to a new juice that soon. How it is brand spanking new isn't really much interest to me.

All I'm saying is the new juice from Joe is really good already. I can't imagine what it'll taste like in 2 or 3 weeks.

Great liquid, Joe. Thanks again for the awesome contest and samples. :)

No Name Turkish tobacco 6mg 50/50 PG/VG (edit: 1 week steeped)

This is a straight up Oriental with no frills or added flavors that I can find. Very mild like an Oriental should be, probably too mild for some of my com padres, but just about right for me. There's just a touch of sweet on the inhale, much like a pipe tobacco, but it's dry on the exhale giving it a cigarette-y type feel (feels like not tastes like). The sweet isn't sugary sweet, more like a cashew sweet. It's that "other" sweet than Mann talks about sometimes. Lots of flavor, decent vapor, light TH (yes I know it's 6mg, but that's what I'm used to so.... ). This is a high quality NET, two thumbs up.

We've had discussions in the NET thread about colors, and this one tastes like gold to me, so my naming suggestion is

Turkish Gold

DarkFire
Holy Smoke!

Turkish:

Young Turks'

Cherry:

Cherry Piper

Vanilla:

Vanilla Wisp
Godz'Nilla (my favorite vanilla name, but you would need to have a stronger vanilla presence in the mix for the name to actually fit)

No Name Fire Cured tobacco 6mg 50/50 PG/VG (steeped one week)

This is the one I was a little scared of, but needlessly so. Not as mild as the Turkish, but still not overwhelming, and milder than I was expecting. I won't even try to guess what tobaccos this is made from, but like the Turkish, it's straight up tobacco with nothing added that I can taste. This one is a little smokey, and it has that same roasted sweet note as the Turkish, but nothing dry here, nothing cigarette-y, it plays more like a pipe tobacco to me. You can taste just a little bit of campfire in it, but you're sitting well back from the fire, not leaning over it. Very nicely done, another two thumbs up. Again, good flavor, decent vapor, light on the TH. People that need a big TH probably will want 18-24 mg.

My name for it is Phoenix, who was raised from the fire. :)

I'm probably going to give the Cherry and the Vanilla another week or so.

Indeed. These could age to be "The Best NET" that everyone comes to agree with. It's not too bold and approachable for someone that smokes. I think he freaking nailed it! These may be the best NETs I've vaped. And I don't even know the guy nor hear of him, so I'm not biased at all.

I honestly think NETs will just get better and better at an exponential rate just like every other successful idea. Look at 3D Printing. I'm buying one tomorrow for my business.

Sorry for the off topic.

I loved all these samples.

[ps even if you don't buy a 3D printer, definitely consider buying stock in them! big write up in the WSJ last week. It's a secure site, but here is a synopsis: A positive WSJ column about the 3D printing... - Seeking Alpha]

Ahh man. You all are really good at picking names. Creativity has never been my strong suit. My entries will pale in comparison, but at least they will have cool names based on what I'm seeing so far. Maybe when I start vaping them Monday one will spark a moment of creativity for me.
