The Battery charger I bought from Alt has one tray that launches the battery and will not stay. Emailed then two weeks ago and no answer back :(
My wish is that they offer anodized bodies. Painted aluminum seem like a sin to me. I wish for a hard anodized SB, a HSB if you will ;)

Oh, other than that, I love my SB :)

It may be available sooner than you think :) I also plan on nickel plating in the near future as well :)

Sorry to hear about your complaint skinny....But i never ever had a problem with rob not responding to an email before....As a matter of fact whenever he is not on his pc for the live thingy there,i just leave a message and with in 30 -45 minutes later i get a response... I would defiantly try emailing him again though....Just my 2 cents worth....

It's all good now, since I did not hear back, I modded the charger. The - side was bent so fixed that, and the + side was off so pushed it in place--problem solved.
Although, I do not think buying a new product should need tweaking to make work right. It looks like the one side of the charger bay +/- contacts were installed incorrectly.

I would agree that sending an email to altsmoke or pm's do not get a quick response And live chat is offline on there site sooooooo yeaaaa waiting a week and a half now

As you've never PMed me nor since I don't know your email I can't look it up. Nor did you even attempt to describe what you were inquiring about. So it's somewhat hard to even look into your issue.

So i am the bad guy? i sent a pm no response thats ok i whent on the site and spoke with someone to have an extended sb for hv vaping(i got the first edition on pre order) they stated "ok I will look into it and see if we have anymore i will send an email if we dont have em or i will post on the website for purchase" about a week later the chat was offline and it has an option to send a message so i did no response....even without the pm i have contacted your company twice to no avail i am not mad or anything i hope you dont get that from this post just posting the facts as i know them.

Doesn't matter at this point, I love the SB, I like your stuff, and I know you don't make the chargers, so it's fixed and I'll order again. Although...just a word of encouragement; as a small mfg, I would follow through with customers, and maybe check the out of country product before it's sent...I'm just saying.
And please all of you don't go saying "oh he can't check every atty, blah, blah", things you can check--you should. Just makes good business better ;)

No, not mad was trying to turn anything on you. Nothing annoys me more than when someone says they have an issue on a forum and don't give me any details about their order (I.E. Order # typically wins it all ;P) Support Issues, I.E. Problems I typically handle right away. Inquiries on the other hand are ones I do let slip through the cracks a bit too often. We will be getting more help, I do look through the past month and didn't see a PM from you. But I do recall the convo ;P

Well...maybe the battery was...uhhh...sitting at the wrong polarity? Did you try turning the neoatoms around so the Proloma's won't get in the way? :p Regardless if you fixed it or not we should still get one out to you. ;) Send me an email :p and they won't get lost in the void :p

You're alright my friend, glad to see you come here and work to make things better. Like I said, the charger is working fine now after positioning the connectors right, and the battery sits fine now in the tray--I'm happy :) Your main product the "MODS" are the best there is, and I will gladly order from you more! Please get some juices in, and some 510 attys so I can order from you...lol!
Thanks for making my vaping the best it can be.

The next time you fly over my house in that damn Altsmoke Helicopter and blow my newspaper off the front doorstep .....I'm gonna ...well.... thanks for the fast delivery anyway ....but I'm warning you!!!!

I can see it now....... Rob flying over and throwing an sb out of the chopper and flying thru the roof of your house and landing on the bed wrapped in a bow and a note attached saying "delivered via airmail....Rob":D
