"EVERY design has pros and cons, and these are to a certain degree subjective"

Just saw this statement in the JB sub forum. I really wanted to ask what the SB's cons were, but no way am I going for a fanboy flame on the other side of the tracks!

Honestly, the only con I can think of is that it's bulky for the pocket, not impossible to do but maybe a little annoying in there like a heavy set of keys would be. I bought a VP2 to carry around in my pocket at work, but I'm finding myself still sneaking to the car to pull the BSB out of the glove box to get my vape on. I have a job where I just can't keep any large or heavy items safe in my pocket. Other than that, the size and weight feels great in my hand, and and keeps it standing sturdy on end. I guess that is the one subjective con I can think of, that's it, the thing just works perfectly every time and I have no idea why everyone hasn't figured it out yet. The 18650 rocks and I can't wait to pop the LiMn high drains in.

Well got my SB about a week ago :w00t: and just sitting on my desk waiting to use it. Still waiting for my batteries and charger from hong kong, last time I order from there:(. Rob was all out of the chargers. Not a huge deal but I see alot of deep scratches on my SB, almost to the point like it looks like it's been used, which I know it wasn't. Anything I could do to get the scratches out. Don't really want to return it. Just want it to be a pretty a possible, since it's a work of art:) And hat's off to Rob and Chad.

WOW!!! This thread has been going on for six months and I've had my SB for almost three months. My complaints (lol) are, sometimes when driving I forget to turn my head and my vision is obstructed when exhaling. Next complaint is I'm still using the same batteries I bought with my SB they are just as strong as when I started using them. I got to figure out what do with the money I was spending on batteries before I got my SB. My final complaint is all the extra time I have not being used looking for the best PV on the market cause I know it will be awhile before anyone can touch the SB. Thanks, Chad and Rob

I ordered a BSB and on the e-mail receipt it said SB silver. I immediately emailed back and asked for the black.
Then I went to the web site and sent another e-mail on the ask for help thing.
I've received know replies from either e-mails.
Today in the mail I received a SB silver.
I couldn't for some reason get to my personal information on the web site.( I kept getting a blank screen.
It took several tries to order.

well since this forum wont let me post new threads i am posting in here. i have been using the SB for about 2 months on and off and lately it wont fire when i press the button. it has been happening more and more. ive switched attys, cleaned the atty threads, changed batterys, and nothing has worked. im thinking it may be a intermittent problem with the switch. has anyone had the happen?? anything else i should try?? also the center terminal where the attys connects to positive is peeling it like half silver and half gold. prob from the attys goin on and off all the time. could this affect the problem?

No, that's just nickel plating on the connector, the connectors are nickel plated brass. As far as the switch, it seems like the center post has shifted a little bit. It has happened to a few switches before. Is it a fluid depression or does it seem to have a "double click"? Some mechanical agitation (tapping it) with your knuckle or finger can usually resolve this. If you are still having this problem send cddz a pm and he will take care of this issue for you.
P.S. Chad told me to type you this ;)

I've had my Black Silver bullet about 2 weeks now. I wish I could have gotten it at the new price, but I don't regret the purchase. I feel like I have been unchained from the battery recharger! haha

My battery lasts me about a day and 1/2 and I consider myself a heavy vaper. I am using the 510 atmoizer with mine.

For me, this is perfect for at home vaping, I use my little joye 510 if I am out and about.

Good Service From AltSmoke

I received my Silver Bullet Black today. There was a mix up about a week back and I was sent a Silver Bullet Silver instead. The hallmark of their success is good service and a superior product.
Once my compliant was known they were ready to make it right. They even through in a little extra, a black velveteen bag to carry the BBS in, and a few samples of their alt-fuel.
Anyone can make a mistake, maybe they had a lot on their plate at the time with the vapefest and all going on at the time. They made good on my order and I’m happy. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from AltSmoke.

My only complaint for the silver bullet is-Why do you just continue to chug away when you have been run over by a car not once, but twice??
