Only on the Shockwave so far, but David mentioned a possible DNA20 add-on in the future for ELA owners, which will probably move the firing button from the bottom to the side.

Darn, I was going to get a satin one for the incoming satin ELA. Oh well, I will post some new picts of ELA and the Fatty V2 rda
Looking at the photo makes me think that the Simplicity 18350 might work well with the Fatty, hmmmmmm
