Not particularly long, maybe an hour and a half with a 1.5 ohm coil. Four extra batteries fit in a case a tad bigger than a matchbook.
Edit: So about a half hour after I posted (9:45 my time) I left the house with a fresh battery. Vaped my usual in the car, got a haircut (a real nice one too) then went driving various places looking for Christmas crap. Got home at 11:45 same battery still doing pretty good for my 1.3 ohm coil. Time to change though since I have four more ready to go.
