Got my p+ 16340 last week! It's the PERFECT VAPE with my custom hh.357 long barrel atty for 100% VG juice. I'm in love.

I just picked up another one of these. I had one before but got rid of it because I needed something that uses larger batteries so I could run sub ohm coils in my RDAs. But now that I am just using LR Cisco Spec 306's, I picked up one of these and I can wait to get it back in my hands. Should be here by Tuesday. Two tone. Hurry mail, hurry!!!

Super freakin bummed. I just got word the the package was destroyed. The seller said he went to get the package and there was just half the box and some bubble wrap left. Guess I won't be having my little P+16340. So much for all the batteries I just bought. Was a good deal too. Two tone, like new with four batts for 120.

Is the T1 aluminium?
Yes, as was the Super 6.

Yes with Brass atomizer threads......

Actually no. The topcaps on this are aluminum with brass posts. Threads are aluminum. My Super 6 has a stainless steel cap, but I believe some of them were aluminum also.

Well now here is the question do you plan to use the T1 or are you going to shelve it?

Brass threads really aren't that big of an issue with me, but I am very meticulous how I take care of mine, very. Aluminium threads aren't bad either, once again though, as long as you are careful. I hear a lot have had problems with aluminium and brass threads. I ran my dca which had aluminium threads for a year. Darwin never had a threading issue.

. Darwin never had a threading issue.

Since im a direct drippier I take my atty on and off 2-3 times a day to blow it clear...
My first mod was an original Provape1, they had the brass threads back then...The top cap use to be removable on the original Provape1 and that was a good thing because the soft brass threads would wear out at around 6 months...
The Darwin does that have brass threads? No good then, thats a weak link....

I know nothing about metal so I could have interpreted it wrong, but yes I think the darwin does have brass threads. It looks like brass, and it sure tarnishes like brass. Worse thing that has happened to my brass threading is one time I dropped my darwin pretty dern hard on the concrete, I got a slight scratch on the brass fitting. I mean I dropped it HARD!

You bet your bippy I'm going to use it! Nothing I have goes unused, though now that I have such an extraordinary amount it gets spread out and most things are handled gently. My workhorses - the satin 18500, 18650 and Shockwave take the brunt of my abuse.

Yep, the connector on the Darwin is brass. Since I'm usually running tanks I need a 510 extender adapter for clearance, anyway, so I just leave the adapter in place and change it when the threads get a little loose (about every 6 months or so). 2+ years of daily use and the brass threads are still in great shape, though I'd still feel better about a steel connector 'cos I've seen some of the cheaper attys/RBA's/etc do some serious damage to the adapters' threads . . . something I have no fear of with my Super-T mods ;-)
