Hmm...just checked and your order went out the same day. You'll probably get it today. Monday at the latest. Not sure where the shipping notice or gift certificate went. The system works so well that I never have that happen. That is all generated by our provider and sent to the given emails. But its easy enough to check and replace the certificate if need be. Maybe check spam folders? I guess thats always possible.

Hello everyone I have been on the fence about buying a Pro V carto tank for my provari. Can anyone that has one give me their thoughts on it please. I generally use 35mm boge carto's and am wondering what size these take. Or do they make a standard and an XL size. I think these things are beautiful and am looking for that one tank that will compliment my provari just right. Also I would assume that the airflow on these are good for the notch cut in the bottom cap. is it worth getting a fill hole on this or no. I would appreciate anyone's help. This is an expensive tank and I want to know if it is worth the purchase. Looks like it is just want a second opinion. Thanks yall.

I just checked with my friend that the gift cert. was supposed to go to. He still hasn't gotten anything, I had him check his spam folder too. Can you resend one to him?

Hey Steve....I found the problem! You were right...the shopping cart never closed your order. Which is what triggers the shipping confirmation email and the sending of the gift certificate to your friend. It should be all good now.
I guess there's a first time for everything!

I have the regular carto size and the XL versions. Both are awesome. I've never had any problems with either of the types and Cuse could probably verify that I have a half dozen or more of his tanks. If you use flanged prepunched cartos it will leave a gap on the Provari but using non flanged cartos makes for a perfect look. The airflow notches on the bottom cap keep the draw perfect IMO.

Hi Cuse, Could you give me an update when my order will ship? I might have to change my shipping address if i can. You can PM me or let me know here.
Thanks,
Glenn

Hi Glenn,
We are running pretty current on customer orders right now, so my guess is it will be late today...early tomorrow at the latest.

Yes..Tinstar, you definitely should get a frequent buyer card! It goes without saying that I really appreciate your support!
BTW we do offer a bottom cap recess option now to make the DC carto flange sit flush on the Provari or any flat topped mod. Yes you can combine the recess with an airflow also.
