Are you sure it leaks from center post and not from the 510 threads? (screw well the rebuildable part against Ody's base)

You are correct. Leak is from 510 threads. I have tightened it as tight as much as possible. I didn't have an Oring in the crramic so I found one that someone suggested and put it in but it still leaks.

Yes, I agree it's user error. Ceramic is wicked tight to housing. I will try and tighten more but don't want to break ceramic. Very little gurgling during vaping. I'll try and rebuild.

I tightened that down to the point of almost breaking the ceramic. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. Still leaking. A lot. Any advice would be great. Thanks

all o-rings needs vaseline. Not much, just a little to make them slippery

My Ody didn't come with an oribg in the ceramic so someone suggested I use a Lowes #60. Maybe thats the issue?
Forgot to mention that. Sorry. can't find my camera either. Anyone know the apporpriate o ring size and where in the states they are available?

I messed up my first setup attempt with my Ody. Had gurgling and leaking as well and found I didn't have the nut tightened down enough inside the ceramic, whole center post was wiggling around. To make matters worse I broke the stock coil that came with it when I took it off to get to the nut. I also didn't have spare wire, waiting on delivery...
So my Ody is just sitting on my desk now until supplies come in. I ordered the missing o-ring from COV just in case but I'm hoping when I put everything together again I won't have any more leaking. My Penelope is also on its way so at least I can vape on that in the meantime.

My post is so tight that I can't get it apart now. I'm surprised the ceramic hasn't broken. Anyone have a measurement on that Oring for me and where to get it locally?

o-ring is not nessesary black, so thats not your issue. Maybe you have to check 2 more things:
1. The o-ring under the center pin is not broken
2. The refilling cap close ok. You can also put a bigger o-ring around the neck of the Ody's body (where the threads are). The existing o-ring is 16x1,5. So please put a 18x1,5 o-ring. Also dont forget to screw well the small cap.
