On or about 06-27-2010 I purchased a Hello Bat. I know that date since it is when I announced it in the PIF sub-forum. Your service and fast delivery was excellent.

I think the warranty is only 2 weeks with your company?? ( I have seen 6 months before but do not think it was you)

MY bat died last night. sniff sniff. I have egos that are older and they still working fine.
So quick question- Did I really luck out by days?? Did I actually spend about 8 dollars a week on this bat oh my goodness.

I hope you are under warranty nat.. I have one that is still going after a couple of months. dont use it all that much but seems to be a good battery, seems like i saw some with a 6month warranty also.. dont remember where though..

Hi Doots.Thank You sweetness.I was afraid it was out of warranty. Man that is/WAS one expensive ecig bat when only lasting 2.5 weeks. I also didn't rerally use it all that much since it join rotation with my other two mega egos. Both of those are much older then this bat and still going strong. I have mods lol not as many as you but still like these ego for size and why I tried this Hello bat.

I remember where they state 6 months warranty- their one of my favorite suppliers. I should have paid the extra 4 bucks I guess- I should shoot myself LOL.

It was my first order from here and at the time I didn't even know they had a subforum until after I ordered.

I did go to web site and as you've requested did the contact form. Hope my post didn't ruffle any feathers as this bat dying sure isn't your fault. (Speaks more to the bat and it's manufacturer-i believe) I was pretty sure it was a two week warranty and NOW visiting the web site see that it is.
