Do any of you feel like nicotine is affecting your heart? I feel like it does mine and get small pains here and there. I also have high blood pressure and this just makes it worse. What sucks is I love vaping. I thought nicotine was rather harmless like caffeine and I think the web tells a different story....hmmmmm

Well, at the end of a large chain vape, I can feel things increase, i.e. pulse.
No on the pains though.

Nicotine, in moderation can be rather benign... much like caffeine. And like caffeine, too much too fast can cause side effects. Don't over-stimulate! What strength is your juice, how much do you vape in a sitting and in what?
I vape 12mg in an ego/EVOD combo no problem... In my Phoenix V7 Micro-Coiled at 1.8 on my MVP and I have to take it S-L-O-W! (I'm gonna need to take it down to around 6mg for dripping.) I haven't had that kind of a Nic-head rush since I quit the smokes.
There are many variables in vaping my man!

Here's my story. I had prehypertension numbers as a smoker. When I switched using 11mg my heart rate dropped and BP dropped. I went to 0mg and it was about the same on my heart rate and BP.
The lack of smoking allowed Ulcerative Colitis to come up.
Once diagnosed I added nicotine back and increased it to 18mg. My heart rate and BP are erratic but I see numbers similar to when I was smoking, although I also see numbers similar to when they were low.
I think the meds I'm on for UC can also contribute to these things.
Too much PG gives me lung pain.

My Ulcerative Colitis ( quitter's disease) came out about 6mths after I started vaping/ quit smoking. So when I started having Those DR. visits, they discovered my HP. I was 190/something. I was trying to get to zero nic and quit vaping- so I was at 3mg/ml. at that time. For me HP is also hereditary.
I'm now on two HP meds ( and a slew of UC meds) and vape at 12mg/ml. and am fine now.

Yeah,I'm vaping 18 mgs out of either a vision spinner or an MVP...IM gonna drop the nic level....it sucks I have like 45 bottles of 18!!!
All is not lost my friend, just get some unflavored liquid of your choice, PG or VG, or BOTH!

as above me, get some unflavored liquid, and you will last a looonnnng time. or look around on the forums for people that are looking to trade. so many people jump between levels that surely someone wants to trade a lower mg liquid for your 18's.
Nicotine is a known vasoconstrictor. Please bear that in mind. Not recommended for people with high BP or any heart conditions. What strength eliquid are you vaping?

Cut them with either the same flavors at 0mg/ml or get some plain PG or VG and use that; however, with the latter method you'll be diluting the flavor also.
