The tragedy of tragedies has occurred. I dropped the provari mini one too many times and now only half my screen is lighting up. My question is, does anyone know if I'm going to need a whole new circuit board, or how much repair would cost? Out of warranty, mini V2.

They'll do whatever they have to do to get you up and running again for the minimal cost possible. They're nothing if not honest and dependable.

Yeah, I put in a ticket, but was just hoping someone would know a more specfic estimate so I knew whether I should cry or not. Thanks for that, though.

The display is hard soldered to the board. So if you want it to work again, then yes, they will likely replace the whole board.

Don't panic..they might be able to fix it cheaper. Jumping to the worst conclusion isn't going to help anything and you can still wing it. At least it still vapes, right?

That's true, someone here recently just bought a used one that wasn't working right and they fixed it for free...

Perhaps you shouldn't mention that the display stopped working after taking a fall

maybe the solder broke loose, in that case, I would think that comes under board repair that is cheaper.
Don't know until you send it in. Top notch company, never know what they do for you!

No, they'll send it back whether you can pay or not. They just might not fix it if you can't.

I do want to point out that you're borrowing trouble again, though. They're nice and they'll do what they can to help.
