Currently own 3 Provaris, original mini, original standard blem, and, my newest, satin black new-style standard. Had to send the original standard for warranty service just under the one-year warranty. Blue display was only lighting up one half of screen. Long story short, repaired and sent back in under 2 weeks. I don't believe another manufacturer could match that service. Never had any problem with my older mini or newer standard size, all of which endure lots of daily use, drops, freshwater drownings, and other abuse. Another example of actually getting what you pay for.
