This happens because of 2 things
1st Our PCB house messed up and put a wrong resistor value on the board and
2 . there is juice on that resistor, this will cause it to fire .

We will need to replace that res. for you and clean it up , we are now coating the PCB with a Acrylic coating to prevent juice from contacting the parts on the PCB.
