My infinity won't turn off! The button isn't stuck, but the blue light stays lit and it gets really hot. Has this happened to anyone else?

Also, before the obvious is asked- yes I did take the batteries out and am not using it right now.
Whew! False alarm for now. My hubby smacked it on his hand and it's back to perfect again. Going to keep an eye on it though.
That they are 5c. I'm one woman who will fully admit I'd be lost without my hubby!
This happens because of 2 things
1st Our PCB house messed up and put a wrong resistor value on the board and
2 . there is juice on that resistor, this will cause it to fire .
We will need to replace that res. for you and clean it up , we are now coating the PCB with a Acrylic coating to prevent juice from contacting the parts on the PCB.

Ok thanks mike. It'll be a few days til I get paid and can ship it back, but I'll get it out to you asap.
Mikkie it will only be a slight delay in your celebration. Mike and his crew get those RMA's turned around really fast.
