Hi to all!

Three weeks in and no cigs, not even a craving for one. In fact they gag me and my house stinks, got a lot of cleaning up to do. I learned a lot from searching this forum but in all fairness I have to give a kudo to Seven Eleven for selling the X-Hale cigs. If I hadn't noticed the poster in their window and tried a starter kit I would still be hacking away on Pall Malls. They are doing smokers a favor by selling those kits. After one week I ordered the ego system, the X-Hale kits are good to start with but that's about all. Anyhow just wanted to say I'm clearing my lungs, my fibro is going away, probably from all the nicotine I've been consumming, and I've haven't felt this good in 25 years!

I've many samples of juice, my favs so far are from Pink Spot but I'm steeping some bottles from Backwoods, they are not ready for prime time as yet. I sneaked a vape of Don's Cherry tobacco and Malty Toffee and they will be excellent when fully steeped. But so far I'm hooked on the Hopscotch and PinkSpot and the Chocolate Cream from LF. Got some organic comming today, can't wait to try it. I feel like a kid in a candy store. My big question, is this stuff fattening???

Not fattening at all, as a matter of fact it supresses your appetite, there are some people who vape 0 nic as a diet aid.

I'm finding I'm eating a lot less, and when I crave something sweet I hit the juice instead. At dinner time I almost have to force myself to eat something. I'm going to order my daughter a kit, she has always had a weight problem and I think this will help her. She's only 18 and does not smoke, but I think it will help her nerves and stop her binging. I'll keep her nic level to the lowest but I hear the nic helps increase endorphins etc.?

I would not recommend an e-cig for a non smoker, the long term effects though generally regarded as safe have not been proven. It is still a habit with addiction potential and could lead to beginning smoking. If your daughter is not a smoker I wouldn't get her even close to starting to being one.

I wouldn't be surprised if I dropped a few pounds, don't have much appetite anymore. But what I'm excited about is not smoking at all! I tried all the patches, even Chantix which almost killed me, and this was right there in front of me all the time! It seems that certain areas of the country have more exposure. Here in Colorado Springs, which touts itself on being such a "healthy" city to live in, most peeps have never heard of ecigs. People just stare at my pink ego and do I ever get the looks! I've had to explain several times to folks what I'm doing, but I have a few convert co-workers under my belt already.

Where do I get the bottom banner that does the countdown? Is it automatic or what?

Yep, I would have to give it alot of thought. But then again, she weighs 345 lbs and nothing, absolutely nothing has helped her loose some weight. I don't think she would ever smoke cigs, she hates them and they irritate her respiratory system. My hubby and I had to buy an air cleaning system for the house because we smoked inside. Anyhow, I could just get her the 0 nic level juice, at least it would be something sweet with no caloric value.
