I use many different devices but with my 4.2V cigalikes I use 2.4ohm cartos.

As an example, the JoyeTech eGo has a constant 3.3v while the eGo clones often run "hot" off the charger and then decline i.e. the SmokTech eGo-K starts at 4.2v then declines to 3.1 over the course the cycle. I would not be surprised if there were similar profiles amongst KR8's..

Wouldn't that just mean they are unregulated? My smoktek ego "passthrough" (with no load) runs at 3.9 all day long. First to last vape. Now, the question I struggle with though...is does that change under load? I don't assume so, but you know what they say about assuming.

im hopping to recive a lava tube any day and a new rebuildable atty
and hopping to start rebuilding my own coils been looking ate wire guage ect and wick thickness
can some one tell me what the difrence between
2.0 ohm at 4 volts
2.2 ohm at 4.2 volts
2.8 ohm at 4.7 volts
seems to me ther will be no difrence at all so why bother is iot some thing to do with finer guage wire heating up faster or thiker wick beter draw i just dont get it
